A 5 minute walk to scenic Horseshoe Bay, with its sandy beach and great places to swim, surf, relax or fish. Easy access to walking/bike trails and many other local and regional tourist attractions eg local produce markets. A short drive to Middleton, Goolwa and Victor Harbor.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Port Elliot. The house was in an excellent location a short stroll to the shops, cafes, the Pub and the beach. When we arrived the house was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay. We definitely recommend this property. (family of 5)

I have no reservations about recommending this lovely house. In terms of cleanliness, amenities and situation, my friends and I could not fault it.
Everything we needed was supplied, and although we had 4 cars, we were able to get them all off the street.
If the weather had been nicer we would have enjoyed the locale better, but found it very conveniently situated anyway.

Had a great time. 3 Girls went to scrap book for 2 hole day. Great. No family meals or house work to do. Just got up in the morning and scrap. Went for a short walk to find some lunch.Then scrapped. Then went for another walk to the beach to air the brain. Came back and scrapped wonderful. Went for another walk to find some tea. All in walking distance great. Stayed up until late. Woow a great weekend. A very productive.

A real home away from home. Plenty of room to move and all the facilities one would hope to find (but often do not) in a holiday house. Beautifully situated between the village and the beach. Would certainly stay here again if we were in the area.

I recently stayed here with three girlfriends and we had a wonderful time. The house is roomy, clean, new and located right between the beach and the shops. We spent most of our time shopping or walking along the beach but when the evenings turned chilly we snuggled inside with the reverse cycle air conditioner and chatted with a glass of wine or two until the wee hours. Having a bedroom each gave us personal space and privacy and an excellent nights sleep. I highly recommend this house and will be returning again next year!

House is very well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It is very clean and modern with good bathrooms and kitchen, and a very comfortable lounge suite. Location is excellent, within walking distance of amenities and beach. The outside area is private and very safe for children. An outside shower with hot water is an added bonus. We will certainly be back.

Clean, spacious and private. Even has a hot shower outside for a washdown after a day at beautiful Horseshoe Bay - great!

Thank you for a lovely and relaxed weekend at your house in Port Elliott. It was wonderful to be able to have a haven to come back to,after my daughter's wedding celebrations. Close to the shops and walking distance to all the other family staying around the place.

Had a great stay. All Seasons was a perfect location for our first holiday with our 5 mth old baby. We were able to walk to the beach, shops and cafes within minutes which was great. The house is extremely clean and has everything you need.

What a wonderful place to stay! The house is spacious, immaculately clean and provides everything a visitor could want or need.
Even though the house is just off the main road, it is quiet and relaxing inside. Its location close to the shops, beach and parks means visitors do not have to go out in the car.
We highly recommend it to anyone needing accomadation in the Port Elliot or Victor Harbour area. Thank you to the owners for providing such quality accomadation at an affordable price.

We loved our stay in this beautiful, spacious, modern new home well equipped for a small or large family.
Literally a minutes walk to the cafes in the heart of Port Elliot or a 7 minute walk to the beach.
Our 20 month old toddler loved the enclosed back yard which is a great size for kids and to host a bbq.
We would highly recommend and will be returning for another relaxing holiday.

I would like to take this opportunity to thankyou, our stay at All Seasons Escape was perfect. House was big enough for my family well decked out with modern appliances and furniture. Great position, it is a beautiful and peaceful part of the country. My grandchildren especially loved the outdoor shower (great thought there) we are definitley returning in summer
