CORLETTE BEACH is one of the many beautiful beaches in the Nelson Bay area. It is a peaceful haven perfect for a relaxing family holiday or romantic escape.
The duplex is modern, architect designed and opens out onto lush parkland and the beach on its northern side.
Sleeping accommodation consists of 3 upstairs bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a King bed, ensuite and deck overlooking the reserve and beach.
Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 bunk beds, sleeping 4 people.
You are welcome to bring your own linen and towels or alternatively linen packages are available.
A complimentary travel cot and high chair are available for use during your stay.
Downstairs, the open plan kitchen and north facing living areas open out to a paved terrace, the reserve and the beach.
Please Note:
A maximum of 6 adults are permitted.
The house is in a peaceful, low rise, residential area and out of consideration for our neighbours, parties are not allowed.
In addition, the house is not available for end of School/Uni year celebrations or hens/bucks nights.
ACTIVITIES
PEPPERS RESORT AND ANCHORAGE is only a 3 min stroll away and welcomes visitors. Facilities include:

* Merretts Restaurant
* Captains Bar (with billiard table)
* Boat, bike and kayak hire
*Take a stroll along the marina boardwalk and seawalls - keep an eye out for dolphins!
Children can enjoy swimming at the harbour beach, walking or bike riding along the waterfront path, playing games in the reserve or visiting the nearby playgrounds.
Nelson Bay town centre is an enjoyable 40 minute walk along the waterfront.
Corlette Head is also fun to explore. Nature trails will take you around past the rock platform and through mangroves to Salamander Bay - another lovely beach.
Should you wish to venture further afield, Corlette is centrally located to all Port Stephens attractions - being midway between Nelson Bay town centre and Salamander Bay shopping complex (3 mins drive to each).

Beautiful house in a top location. My family including 2 young boys had a lovely holiday here - we saw dolphins at the beach, lots of lorikeets, a pelican and a bunny rabbit in the grass nearby!

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful house by the beach. Everything about the house was pristine and had everything we needed for a luxury break. Just a stones throw away from the beach and lots of playgrounds within walking distance. We'll be staying here again the next time we visit Port Stephens!

This property was immaculate! The house was contemporary and very well kept.
It was also very private despite the amazing wide open views out to the water!

The house and location were both perfect. It was great to feel free to let the kids go down onto the beach as they pleased, with a line of sight to them but enough distance to allow them the feeling of freedom. The house is very comfortable, clean ane well-equipped. I have already recommended it to others and woud love to go back.

We were really pleased on arrival at Beachfront Oasis. The house was immaculate and actually looked liked it had in the online photos. Seemingly small touches, such as the fact that the bedding and towels were of a really nice quality were real plus points. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well equiped. Good access to lots of things to do in Port Stephens. I would happily recommend it to others. If only the weather had lived up to the accommodation!

We stayed for a couple of weeks in August.Place was located on the best part of the beach near playgrounds and a marina (my wife had a massage there) I would recommend the beachfront oasis to anyone who wants a relaxing holiday that tells you that you are somewhere special when you wake up looking across Port Stephens and the Marina.

What a fantastic place to stay. It was the perfect getaway for our family. So close to the water, we played cricket & kicked footballs on the grass, the kids climbed trees in the waterfront reserve and we could watch from the sundrenched balcony! We will definitely return and highly recommend. The property has everything you need and is comfortable and high quality.

This was the perfect family holiday. We had two families comfortably staying in this home. The home was modern, spotless & with everything we needed. However, it is all about location & this one is completely sensational! The backyard melts into a gorgeous foreshore reserve with the beach just beyond. It is so fabulous for the little-ones. Great place and highly recommended!!. We stayed there for 3 nights, 2 families with 4 kids. The place is stylish, seems recently renovated and of decent size for 8 people. But the real gem is the back yard. The back side of the house opens to a large grass area, perfect for kids to play all day. 30 seconds stroll from the back yard you hit one of the most beautiful beaches in the area!
This is one of the best places we rented and we will definitely come back on our next vacation.

We would definitely recommend Beachfront Oasis. The house, facilities and location were exactly as described and photographed plus more, we went looking for nothing! The location is serene and picturesque and I don't know who enjoyed our stay more; myself, my husband, our two boys or my Dad! We were far enough around from Nelson Bay to enjoy the peace but close enough to have a walk or ride in for supplies. We loved it and thank you to Linda for the enjoyable experience.

We had a most enjoyable stay in this beautifully presented unit, everything we needed for our family get to gether was provided. The facilites are first class and the king sized bed probably the most comfortable we've ever slept in (including five star hotels). The location is quiet, picturesque beachside, but so convenient and within walking distance of a good restaurant.
We will definitely be returning. Very thoughtful owners!

Our friends were also really impressed with the property. The place was lovely, well kept and in a gorgeous location.
There was room for 2 families, grassed area for the kids to play and the beach right there!

Beachfront Oasis was exactly as advertised. The location was supurb, a few steps from the beach and a 3 minute walk to Peppers Anchorage for cocktails, breakfast or a spa treatment. There was plenty of space for all of us and I particularly enjoyed being able to easily kayak each day from the house. We'll be back again to enjoy all that Port Stephens has to offer.

Our stay at the Beachfront Oasis was superb - beautifully decorated, well maintained, perfect location, all factors just excellent. The booking process was also seamless and Linda was every bit the perfect owner.
Corlette is wonderful so if you get the opportunity to stay there then look this place up - perfectly nestled between Salamanda (shopping centre) and Nelson Bay. Highly recommended.
