The self contained 2 storey apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and ground floor living area with direct access to a large landscaped front yard. A large flat screen LCD TV is provided for your viewing pleasure or choose to enjoy the pleasant climate and views outdoors from either of the upstairs living areas. A secure single car lock up garage and a second off street carpark space are provided. The two bedrooms are large with built in wardrobes and the master bedroom has its own balcony which takes in views of the setting sun on the impressive Richmond River.
