Description

Holiday on the beach, in this one bedroom, fully furnished apartment. Just dump your gear and hit the beach. Enjoy all the comforts of home; the apartment has full kitchen facilities, laundry facilities and comfortable lounge/dining area. Separate bedroom with double bed. Off street parking provided.

Sit in the courtyard and enjoy the ocean views and sea breeze, then walk straight from the courtyard onto the sand and take a dip in the ocean. A choice of 3 beaches, Denhams Beach, Surf Beach or Wimbie Beach. Or enjoy the many nearby coastal walks, and nearby National Park.

The apartment is only 200 yards from the bus stop for Sydney and Canberra buses.

Across the road from Surf Beach Shops featuring a fully stocked IGA supermarket, chemist and bottle shop, three restaurants, hairdresser and doctor. Only 5 minutes drive to Batehaven, 9 minutes drive into Batemans Bay, and only 7 minutes to the 27 holes of the lovely Catalina Country Club.
