LOCATION:
Situated on the Esplanade and adjacent to exclusive and private Fox Beach, this beach home is centred to experience an enjoyable, invigorating and scenic cliff top walk to Robe's town centre or alternatively a swim or walk along the breadth of Long Beach. Views of the bridge and outlet, rugged cliff tops and faces, the shore line of Long Beach to Boatswains Point and western sunsets are breathtaking.
ROBE ON THE BEACH:
A contempary self contained beach home, it presents a warm and tasteful appointment and provides all the comforts a quality water front beach home one could possibly ask.
The huge front living area which features almost 180 degrees views has been designed with a large dining area in the centre and private areas with one side for television/CD/DVD entertainment and the other for solace or conversation. It is well serviced with convection oil heating and reverse cycle air conditioning.
The theme is bright and neutral.
The kitchen is large, well appointed and includes, stove and oven, dishwasher, second fridge, microwave as well as plenty of cooking utensils and crockery for use. The kitchen faces outwards to the views and is very much a central focus of the front entertaining and living area.
The home consits of four differently decorated bedrooms. The main bedrooom is king size and the other three bedrooms can be either single or queensize depending on guest's requirements.
The home provides undercover parking, has an atttractive front and rear garden and the surrounds of the house can be used for secure dog accomodation.
OUTDOOR ENTERATINING:
By way of sliding doorways on either side of the living area, guests can step out on to a large deck which provides entertaining, resting and sunning and one can experience even more panoramically and encompassing the wide vista of contrasting views. Step off the deck onto the front lawn and guests are only a minute to Fox Beach for a swim or walk.
ROBE TOWN:
At Victoria Street, enjoy dining at the restaurants, cafes and coffee shops or seek out the fashion, book, homeware and souvenir shops. Visit art galleries and the information centre to learn of the many features that Robe has to offer.
BEACHES:
In addition to Fox beach, we have Long beach, Hoopers beach, Western beaches and Town beaches were one can enjoy swimming, snorkeling, surfing, wind surfing and jet skiing.
ATTRACTIONS:
The historic seaside town of Robe is one of South Australia's most popular sea side destinations and tourists come far and wide to enjoy it's many features including beaches, coastline, fishing, golfing, wine tasting, 4x4 trails, horse riding and of course come to enjoy fresh lobster.
