Come and escape the busy life and enjoy peaceful and unadulterated beaches....or our private, lovely salt water swimming pool, a lovely gift to give yourself and your family including the furry friend! With a dog off leash walk on the beach.........MAGIC! CAN SLEEP 16 when including kids.
Only 1 hour from Brisbane Airport or even closer, Maroochydore Airport is only around 1/2 an hours drive away.

SUN 'N SURF BEACH HOUSE
Sleeps around 11 to 16 sharing (7 beds and 3 sofa beds 2 kids mattresses and 1 port a cot) easily accommodating 2 or 3 families. (some will sleep in bedrooms and others using sofa beds around the house)

Located in the sort after "beach courts" of Wurtulla a Northern suburb of Caloundra, this wonderful beach house is framed by uncrowded surfing beaches, canals and Currimundi lake.
The house is large and very clean, comfortable with funky quality retro furniture and interesting art. We have recently refurbished with new carpets upstairs and installed beautiful bamboo flooring in the living area, and converted the pool to a salt water swimming pool.

Our beach is one of the best surfing beaches on the sunshine coast! parts of the beach are patrolled from September to April, and you can walk for miles with your dog on the beach off leash or walk down to Currimundi lake and let your kids swim safely and have fun taking a boogie board (from the house) for a natural water slide on the lake .... you wont get them out of the water!!

Or maybe jumping from a plane and landing on the beach with a parachute is more your thing!
.........But if you are wanting a quiet time how about some lazy fishing and catch your supper!!

OH NO!!..It's raining in Sunny Queensland What!!! no worries........Shoot some pool or snooker, choose a Play Station 2 game, watch an in-house movie from our extensive video and DVD library. OR choose a book and find a quiet corner (in this house all of these are possible!!)

PLACES TO VISIT "THINGS TO DO"

If sight seeing is on your agenda, Australia Zoo and Bindi are only 15 kms down the road, if you need to see some sharks or even swim with them you have to check out Underwater world.

Why not set a day aside and visit Eumundi Market it's one of Australia's leading tourist attractions and is held every Saturday and Wednesday of the year whatever the weather. and we have various markets in and around Caloundra too!

Ettamogah Pub, Big Kart Track and the Queensland Air Museum. (highly recommended by my uncle Freddie!)

One of my favourite places for a visit is Maleny only 30 minutes drive and you will be in the heart of an old style country village with gorgeous quaint art galleries, antique shops and craft studios, lovely cafés, pubs and wineries. Maleny also has my favourite view in the whole world of the stunning Glasshouse Mountains!! Oh...and fantastic bush walking in the rainforests!
The Bellingham Maize is a great tourist attraction with its large, star shaped hedge maze. Kids and big kids will love it! (has mini golf too)

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT

Blankets and pillows are provided.
(linen not supplied but we can give you the number of a cheap and to the door service...just ask :0)

BEDROOM 1 Has a queen size bed and in the parents retreat it also has a sofa recliner that would suit a couple of little kids or one adult.
BEDROOM 2 Has a queen size bed.
BEDROOM 3 Has 2 bunk beds (single size x4beds)
BEDROOM 4 Has a double size bed.
DOWNSTAIRS IN RUMPUS Has a sofa bed (double)
and a sofa bed (single)
Has another sofa bed with a double mattress to put on it for comfort.(mattress stored when not in use in cupboard upstairs)
In the cupboard upstairs is two child size ikea spring mattresses and a portacot. Also there is a camping bed stored downstairs
