Recently purchased from the local builder, this cottage is popular because of its relaxed atmosphere, open living spaces (both inside and out), and close proximity to all that Milton has to offer.

2 hours from Sydney & Canberra, Three Oaks is the perfect destination for a relaxing holiday. Overlooking fields but only a 5 minute walk to Milton's trendy cafes and shops, Three Oaks is also only 5 mins from the beach, Hillside Golf Course and the Ulladulla Harbour and shopping centre with large cinema complex.

Walk into town to visit any one of the eight local eateries or two pubs, this luxury hideaway, so close to beaches, bush walks, riding trails and towns, gives the option of catching a wave at Mollymook, a fish at Lake Conjola or a gourmet meal at Rick Steins award winning Bannister's restaurant.

It also includes a great BBQ.

All linen supplied with tea, coffee etc you only need bring your own provisions.

Other amenities include 42" plasma and extra TV in main bed room, a Bose surround sound DVD / CD Player, inside laundry incl washing machine and dryer, gas and electric cosy fireplaces, books, games, CD and DVD library, dishwasher, bar fridge, fridge / freezer; outdoor comfortable furniture on back verandah and fully fenced garden for the kids to play in.

Parking is available for a boat and up to 6 cars.

Escape the heat of the summer and enjoy the South Coast of NSW and embrace the Mediterranean climate with long balmy semi tropical summer days and nights or cosy nights around the gas fire in the winter.

Great boutique and artifact shopping, craft markets, art galleries and wine tasting at local vineyards. Massage and beauty treatments at local day spa or this can be made available at Three Oaks if pre-booked. Alternatively, why not simply relax in the sauna or take a bath in the huge bathroom with seperate shower.

Other activities include bushwalking / bike riding / horse riding / tennis / dolphin & whale watching / surfing / swimming / fishing / sailing / water skiing / windsurfing / golfing at Mollymook Hillside and Beach courses or visit Settlers Markets on the 1st Saturday of each month.

Pricing is based on use of master bedroom as a reasonable linen change and cleaning fee is applicable. A minimum stay period and other conditions may apply so please confirm availability and pricing with the property owner.
