Description

Single level modern 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house surrounded by lovely gardens. An 80 m level walk to beautiful Lighthouse beach. 3 bedrooms with 2 Queen beds, 2 singles, trundle and sofa bed (double). Airconditioned with ceiling fans throughout. Open plan living, with modern kitchen, 2 bathrooms and Queensland room with outdoor table and BBQ facilities. Double lock up garage. Enclosed backyard. Linen is not provided but can be hired (pillows, doonas, blankets are provided). Travel cot provided (linen not supplied).
Short walk to local neighbourhood shops [newsagents, general store, cafe (Belaroma coffee), takeaway food, Italian and Chinese restaurants, butcher]. Close to larger shopping centre [Coles], tavern and 2 golf courses.

TimberTown Wauchope and Koala Billabong Sanctuary are a short drive away.

Port Macquarie has excellent wineries and 3 of its restaurants feature in the SMH good food guide.

If you want to stay in we have plenty of books and games to play. We also have 2 T.Vs and 2 DVD's with plenty of kids and adult DVDs to watch.

Lighthouse Beach is a 10 minute drive south of the Port Macquarie town centre.

  • "After finding Lighthouse Hideaway on the Stayz website, it looked like the perfect getaway for a week with my friends before the university semester commenced - and it was. The house was well-kept and slept all of us comfortably. The beach was in walking distance, and although at times rough, we had a great time in the waves, as well as going on runs up to the Lighthouse. The shops were also close by, and Port Macquarie was a short drive away. The house is not only suitable for groups of friends, but also families looking for a week or more away, or even a few nights. The neighbourhood was also quiet and it should provide you with a nice getaway. "
