This luxury house is perched high on the hill overlooking the azure water of Eagle Bay. It features 5 large bedrooms and three bathrooms and comfortably sleeps 10 people.
The open plan kitchen/living/dining features glass walls to maximise the view and 6 metre high ceilings. There are 2 other living rooms which means there is always room to spread out.
The house features evaporative airconditioning to every room, a large combustion heater, satellite TV and everything you need for a fabulous holiday.
Outside, enjoy a wine on the verandah while checking out the dive boats on the Swan wreck. Marvel at the multitude of birds among the many protea trees on the massive 4000 square metre block which is securely fenced.
Walk to the magnificent beach at Eagle Bay, drive to many nearby wineries,throw in a fishing line or just enjoy the ambiance and solitude of Eagle Bay Escape.
