With the Gippsland Coastal Park on your doorstep, this fully fenced and very pet/child friendly (inside and out) holiday beach house will provide you with a relaxing, quiet atmosphere as a base to explore the 'off-leash' 90 Mile Beach.
Whether you feel like golf, bike riding, surfing, windsurfing, swimming, fishing or just quiet walks along the beach and back streets, Paradise Beach has a lot to offer for a very quiet coastal park.
You will enjoy your stay where you can sit back in the leather recliner lounges, east facing rear decking or new west facing front decking and enjoy the native wildlife such as wombats, kangaroos, koalas, and native birds literally right outside the house.
At night, it is astoundingly quiet and to top it off, you will be amazed at the amount of stars you can see with the naked eye. And if it is cold at night you can light the wood fire conara, then sleep in one of our many comfortable beds.
Bedrooms
Master Bedroom - Queen sized bed with electric blankets, doona and ceiling fan.
Bedroom 2 - Queen sized bed with electric blankets, doona and ceiling fan.
Bedroom 3 - Double bunks and one single bed with electric blankets, and ceiling fan.
Spare Room - Futon couch/bed with second TV/Playstation2 and spare fridge.

If you need anything else, there is a take-away and small grocery store at Golden Beach (3 min drive away). There are no shops at Paradise Beach.

My family and I stayed here for 3 nights and had a ball, the place was clean and very family orientated, there were a lot of things for the kids to do, including games DVD���s books and a play station not that they needed them as we were outside most of the time.
The kitchen was well stocked with the basics including cooking items. The heater was fantastic great outdoor setting everything you need to entertain. Beds were clean and very comfortable.
All I all a great weekend away we will be doing this again.

This was a lovely place to stay. We were close to the beach when it was warm and close to the fireplace when it was cold. The house was fitted out very well - a real home away from home. Needed to bring everything we needed with us - there's not much in the way of services in and around the area, but that for us was one of the attractions. Would definitely recommend as a home away from home stay.

We really enjoyed our stay, there was everything you need in the house and more and it was clean and well maintained. We saw Kangaroos in the street and there were so many beautiful birds that would come and feed off the bird house near the decking. I absolutely recommend it for a great getaway to the bush. It was walking distance to the beach too. We will go back again! Thanks so much!

The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed.We loved the wood heater and the supply of wood.Our girls were very impressed with the bird feeder and the bird food.We went on walks to look for kangaroos in the late afternoons and were never disappointed.They loved going to see the lama across the road.We found our stay at the house to be very relaxing and even the facilities for our dog were great. Paradise Beach house is a homely, cosy house located near a beautiful beach. After spending 2 weeks there as accommodation for our university placements, we could not have asked for a more relaxing and quiet house to return home to after working all day. It provides everything you need down to the last detail. A big thank you to Rohan, who could not have been more helpful with information and any queries we had over organising our stay. Definitely recommend this house for anyone after peace and quiet and loves wild life!

We loved everything. Perfect location tucked away from everyone else but still within an easy walk to the beach. Our dog had the best time of all and even our 13 year old son didn't mind it - so that's saying something! The pictures are really what the property looks like, no camera tricks here.

excellent service by the owner starting with emails, directions and a beautifully presented property. fully fenced for our dogs including a closed in verandah, excellent bbq, large table, spotless inside with instructions on how to operate everything. great and wide selection of movies, short trip to the beach, plenty of wood for the fire. we spotted emu's, heaps of birds, a llama right across the street, foxes and all sorts of human folks who were super friendly. great location away from suburbia and noise. perfect place to simply unwind and veg out.

We lead very busy lives and needed a place to wind down and just relax, also somewhere we could take our much loved dog. We certainly found it at Paradise Beach, the property was everything we were looking for - sitting on the deck with a wine, looking at the wildlife - curled up inside with the wooodfire - falling asleep to the sound of the ocean...we'll be back!

Nice house, well stocked with everything you would need. Lots of cds, dvds, books, games and magazines.
Secure fences on the deck and property kept the little kids safe.
We really enjoyed being able to have a camp fire on the adjoining block too!

This place was amazing. My friends and I loved staying at the house and the location is perfect for a week away. It was very quiet and relazing here with no worries about anything. We came fully prepared with heaps of food and blankets, but the house was pretty well stocked. The cupboards have all the utensils and cooking equipment you would need and the pantry comes stocked with various condiments such as herbs, spices, cooking oil, coffee and sugar. Not to mention the cupboard filled with boardgames and puzzles. The BBQ is great for cooking sausages and having a nice dinner on the deck watching the sun set over the horizon. Not to mention the beach is only a 5 minute walk away. I loved all the native animals we saw, such as kangaroos, rosellas and the alpaccas from over the road. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to get away for a few nights. I would go back if I had the chance.

The owner has worked really hard to make this little holiday house very comfortable. You are not left wanting for anything and there is plenty of room. A great deck provides a comfortable evening position, with rosella's to keep you company. The area is very peaceful, with the beach only a short walk away.
If you want some time away from it all, I would highly recommend this brilliant holiday stay.
An extra thank you to the owner, who retrieved an item we left behind and posted it back quickly and without hassle!

Our family enjoyed our stay in this clean and comfortable home near the sea.
I would highly recommend to families with children or retires wanting a quiet break.
Enjoying breakfast on the large deck was lovely before heading out for a stroll to the beach. Returning back the outdoor shower was a bonus to rinse all those sandy feet. The kids enjoyed the board games, puzzles and of course the playstation. The house is stocked with movies, magazines and books; surely something to suit a range of tastes. A beach house that would be great all year round with the wood fire for cooler months and open decks in summer.
To many highlights to list and no faults, our family will gladly book again.

Lovely little cottage, nice and remote so the kids and the dog could have a proper play without worrying about traffic and neighbours. The beach was gorgeous and nicely deserted because it was winter. Just remember to take all your food with you as the local shop has only a small selection of goods. However the cottage kitchen was well stocked with oil, spices, etc.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house on Ninth St, it was a great place for our family to relax and unwind. The house is nicely furnished with all you would need for some time away from home. There was enough space for everyone and great entertainment for the kids with lots of board games and DVDs. We used it as a base to explore the Gippsland area - from Wilson's Prom to Lakes Entrance. My partner and I had a fabulous weekend getaway. The property is perfectly located right in between the ocean and a lake. The wildlife only further added to the relaxing atmosphere.
The property is just enough isolated to provide you with the peace and quite that all of us suburban/metropolitan residents long for.
Furthermore, it is very clean, has all the facilities, tons of DVD movies, and even a playstation 2 console.
Being a technical person, the renewable/green energy aspects of the house were a definitive and appreciative bonus.
And last but not least, the property owner is extremely friendly, helpful and approachable. We will definitely be back :-)
