At the Copa is a modern recently renovated 4 bedroomed beach house located just a short 300m flat stroll to the beautiful Copacabana beach. It has a large outdoor deck overlooking a sparkling in ground pool and a large flat, grassed yard.
Modern open plan kitchen, stainless steel microwave, dishwasher, fridge and oven. Included in this open plan room is both a dining (setting for 8) & sitting area with leather couches and TV/DVD player.
The living room is air-conditioned and includes leather lounges, flat screen TV, DVD player, VCR and stereo with ipod dock. Also, is a bookshelf full of good reads, many different puzzles and games for the whole family for those rainy days.
Indoors
The main bedroom has a queen size bed, large built-ins & ceiling fan. The newly renovated ensuite includes a separate shower and bath.
Bedroom two has a queen size bed & large built-ins.
Bedroom three has a single bed with pull out single full height trundle bed & built-ins
Bedroom four has a set of bunk beds, another single trundle bed & built-ins.
The main bathroom has a corner spa bath & shower and a separate toilet. Included in the bathroom is a hideaway laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Outdoors
There is a large rear deck with two separate areas one with an outdoor lounge setting and the other with table & chairs for 8 (additional chairs are stored in the garage) and barbecue overlooking a beautiful in ground pool and large flat grassy backyard that is fully enclosed and perfect for children, including a small cubby house and sandpit.
You will need to bring your own linen (sheets, towels, pillowcovers, beach towels, tea towels). However, bed linen can be arranged locally if required at an extra cost.
Pillows, blankets, duves and bathmats are provided.

The house was great, we would definately stay there again. It was 2mins walk to the beach, we played cricket in the backyard and the kids swam in the pool, even though it was in the shade and freezing! Kitchen had everything you need and the house was comfortable.

We loved staying At the Copa. The house was well equipped, with a fantastic BBQ, indoor and outdoor seating area. The pool is good and very secure. The back garden is really spacious for the kids to kick the ball around and the location is lovely and quiet. I would highly recommend staying At the Copa and am looking forward to returning again very soon.

At The Copa was an excellent spot for our family weekend. The house, garden and pool where just right for all of us (from Nanna to the littlies). There was nothing missing in the provision of comfort, and it was super easy to access the beach and the cafes. I would recommend At the Copa to anyone - we'll be back!

It's a great house which is close to the beach and has enough rooms to fit 8 people nicely. Overall it is spacious and welcoming for all occasions. It is family friendly and has a good selection of dvds, tapes, a pool and children's playground. Great place to spend a beach holiday!

We stayed here over the weekend, my wife and kids loved pools and all the gears that landlord prepared for guests including bikes and airboats.
Also landlord allowed for us for late check-out on Sunday, we did not need to hurry to pack & vacant the house early in the morning.
We will definitely go back for another weekend trip~

We had a great time at "At The Copa". Albeit the weather was not on our side, the house accommodated us perfectly and the kids were completely amused. Loved this property, not only did it have everything we needed but it was very comfortable & nicely decorated. Just a short, flat stroll to the beach. The pool & outdoor area were fantastic. House is lovely and well stocked with utensils etc to make cooking easy. Beds very comfortable. Fantastic backyard / outdoor eating area for kids to play and parents to relax. Inside living area slightly small but there are 2 separate areas which helps and owner did warn us up front that we may think that with 6 adults and 3 toddlers. Reasonably priced. We would use again especially if a smaller group.

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely house. It has been beautifully decorated and has a real beach feel. Our children loved the pool and the large enclosed yard. The deck is the perfect spot to sit in the sun.

The accommodation was great - in very good condition and ideal for 2 families (with 4 kids). Cosy but sufficiently spacious so we didn't feel on top of each other. The kids loved the swimming pool and we'll definitely be back again in the future. If the accommodation provided bed linen it would have been perfect.

This home was lovely and welcoming. Even though we were there for a mums weekend off the house was VERY child friendly with toys and bedding, DVDs and games. The home was spacious and relaxing. Fully equipped kitchen a very comfy beds with ample pillows and bedding.
I would recommend this home to anyone. Very happy with our stay. Perfect for 2 families or girls weekend. :)

We had a super time 'at the Copa'. We have two toddlers and it was fabulous to have all the toys and the cubby house. The yard is really safe, which made for a very relaxing time for the adults! It was fab to have the pool as well - even though the beach was just 5 mins away.

At the Copa is the perfect house for a getaway from the city for a weekend or if possible, longer. The house is really well-appointed and is large enough to be able to grab some quiet time if in a group. It felt like much more than a weekender as it is beautifully furnished including a large and very well fitted-out kitchen including dishwasher. We all slept really well ��� both because of the sea air and the very comfortable beds. It is in a fantastic position - we walked down to the beach each day, grabbed coffees and the papers from the shops and after lazing on the beach headed back to the house for a barbecue on the large deck on both days. The large backyard and pool are great for kids and felt quite private because of the high fence and thoughtful planting of trees. Copacabana has a couple of cafes, newsagent and shops for basics and the supermarkets at Kincumber and Avoca are a 10 minute drive away. All this and only 90 minutes from the Sydney CBD (probably 15 minutes more in peak hour). Having stayed in many beach rental properties over the years I have to say that this is the best and we will certainly be back.

There were so many personal touches in all areas of this lovely house. You really felt like you were stepping into someones home that became you're own very quickly.
Great outdoor areas, lots of space, plenty of games, loads of books, mags and dvd's.
But great for just doing nothing and watching kids be busy!

This is a lovely property in close, easy walking proximity to the lovely (and very quiet) Copacabana Beach. The proprietors very kindly provided us with linens so that we wouldn't have to lug them over from the US. The house had everything that one would need for relaxing holiday -- washer/dryer, bbq, kitchen necessities and even a selection of DVDs. All in all a great house in a lovely spot!
