It has one large bedroom with King size bed, plus a pull out double sofa bed in the plus section and a single day bed on the enclosed balconey.
It is air conditioned, has full cooking facilities, SPA bath, 2 TVs (one large plasma), Austar movie package, & DVD player.
All resort facilities are available which include 2 large outdoor pools, indoor heated pool, heated spa pool, games room & fully equipped gym with sauna & steam room, and BBQ area. 8 person cinema room is available for hire.
A Day Spa is located in the complex, as well as poolside cafe. The patrolled beach is located just across the street, and a short walk to will get you to the heart of Surfers Paradise. There are ample restaurants and cafes nearby.
There is a single car bay allocated to the unit on the basement 2 carpark which is secured by electronic key entry.
Please note that any booking is being made directly with the owner of the apartment. As this apartment is privately managed, guests cannot use the official onsite manager for any reason, and must contact the advertiser directly if they have any questions or inquiries about their booking.
The apartment is cleaned on arrival only unless other arrangements are made with the owner.
The deposit is non-refundable and is not paid into a regulated trust account.

Our Family of 2 adults and 2 kids stayed here for 7 nights. It was the best place we had stayed in the Gold Coast. We are already thinking about booking again for next time. No point of going anywhere else. Close to patrolled beach, close to shops and restaurants. Very quiet location, amazing views, what else do you need?

this apartment is just amazing, its very spacious and well furnished and the the view is spectacular.
The owners are very friendly and easy to deal with. I loved my stay over there and would like to come back again.

My husband and I stayed here back in march for our honeymoon, the view was absolutely amazing and the furnishings were lovely and modern, before we arrived we were worried the bed would be uncomfortable because it's two king singles pushed together but we found the bed very spacious and comfortable! We loved everything about the apartment and the owners were so lovely to deal with. Will definately be back!

Excellent apartment, exactly as the pictures show with fantastic views of both the beach and gold coast. Right in the heart of restaurants and shops with the beach bascially across the road. Owner was wonderful to deal with and it was exceptional value for money. Highly recommend to anyone needing a relaxing break away....

Fantastic place to stay. Everything was exactly how it looked on the website.
Really close to eateries, the beach & places of interest. Right in the hub, yet quiet & relaxing.. Spectacular views!! Very ambient atmosphere with delightful furnishings & decor. Wonderful getaway with a taste of luxury!
