Complex on large corner block, plenty off street parking. Public play ground across the road.
Bright spacious split level residence, in quiet and tranquil setting. Layout of the building: 3 bedrooms, 1 main bedroom has a queen bed and built in wardrobe etc. 2nd bedroom double bed and wardrobe etc. 3rd bedroom has 1 trundel bed and 1 bunkbed. All linen provided unless otherwise arranged. Bathroom with Spa, Shower, Basin, bathtowels provided. Seperate toilet all this on one level. Top floor, large spacious cooking, eating and relaxing area. Kitchen with fridge, microwave, electric cooking facilities, cooking utensils. Tea and coffee provided. Dining room round table and 6 chairs. Lovely wood fired conara plus gas heating in lounge room. Cd and dvd players with HD LCD, radio etc. Wi-fi available. No smoking inside. Large balcony with views of Geelong and surrounds. Great for watching the sunset from the balcony. The property is children and pet friendly. Beautifully manicured back yard with gazebo, room to relax and unwind. Gas barbeque and outdoor entertaining area.
Easy travelling distance to all major attractions on the Bellarine Peninsula.
Packages available with accommodation, in house health services on bottom level, completely seperate from top levels. Remedial massage, Colonic Irrigation, Ear candling, Footdetox etc.
House can be booked for minimum stay of 2 days. Save petrol by bringing your bikes and travel the peninsula the environmental way. Great scenic ex-railway bike track.

Leopold is the gateway to the Bellarine Peninsula. Within easy driving distance you have Queenscliff, Point Lonsdale, Portarlington, Ocean Grove, Barwon Heads, Geelong.
Beautiful beaches, lake Connewarre, Wineries, Bellarine historic railway track. Great walks and bike rides throughout the area, Bellarine Peninsula railway(jazz train). Golf Courses. 2km form Adventure water park, great for kids. Maze n things, Mini Golf.Ferry between Queenscliff and Sorrento. Short travel times to Geelong and the Great Ocean Road. Surf beaches in Ocean Grove, Barwon Heads (13th Beach). Great Swimming in Portarlington and Barwon Heads.

Getting there If travelling by car through Geelong, on Bellarine Highway, turn left on Simons rd, first corner on left(Banool St.). Public transport, bus from Geelong on Bellarine Highway, stop on Dorothy St. 5 minute walk to Simons Rd.
Health conscious holidaymaker taking advantage of the Revive section on ground floor @ discounted price when booked initially.
For people who wish to Stay & Play, same residental services except the Revive service aren`'t available on weekends or public holidays unless prior arranged.
