This exclusive and very popular property will still continue to operate with the same friendly and efficient service as it always has. The stylish informality and privacy that has been the hallmark of Wallara will not change, and we look forward to welcoming all of our new guests as well as those returning once more.
Enquiries from this page are now being forwarded to the new owners but unfortunately the Stayz people won't allow this listing to be transferred directly to them, so another separate listing has been created. OVERVIEW
Designed by Connor and Solomon Architects, featured on the cover of several national magazines most recently Australian Home Beautiful December 2012 issue, this amazing home is located less than 100m from the beach, the cafe and playground, and consists of two separate Hamptons style, loft pavilions that sleep up to 12 people. Each pavilion has its own living area and the main pavilion also has a separate kids retreat. Each of these three separate living areas has an LCD TV, Foxtel and DVD, AC, heating and an open fire.
A huge amount of thought has gone into creating a beach holiday environment that has it all.
Interiors are professionally designed with exceptional attention to detail with original art and furniture from Mark Tuckey, Koskela and CoCo Republic.
The kitchen is a gourmet's dream with everything one would need to cook for large groups and entertain in style. There is no need to compromise whilst staying at Wallara as we provide a full range of cook ware and utensils that will enable you to cook any meal you desire. The kitchen was designed with cooking for large groups in mind - with masses of bench space and set up that allows a number of people to help without getting in the way. You will also enjoy a full set of top of the line crockery, cutlery and glass ware.
There is a 10 seat outdoor table which will play host to long holiday meals with family and friends. There is also a huge Eco Outdoor couch overlooking a Robert Plumb fire pit. Garden is beautifully designed and maintained by Ambient Landscapes, has level lawns, lush plants and a beautiful outdoor shower with rain shower head to complete a great day at the beach. At night the gardens look amazing with clever lighting designed for maximum atmosphere.
Children are encouraged and the property comes with everything you will need - cot, highchair, plastic crockery, toys and all kids Foxtel channels. The garden is level, fully fenced and child friendly.
Wallara is perfect for 2 to 3 families. It is also perfect for a yoga weekend with resident yoga teacher available to teach on the property or in the nearby hall.
See the ocean from the back gate and hear the waves from inside this stylish beach oasis.

PEARL BEACH:
Pearl Beach is a tiny National Trust village where life with all its charm and friendliness has been preserved. Surrounded by Brisbane Water National Park, the lush green canopy sweeps down to the ocean and the golden curve of one of New South Wales' prettiest beaches. Less than 300 homes and development restrictions that prevent apartments and further commercial development, Pearl Beach has remained and will remain slow paced and uniquely relaxed. From the moment you start your decent down the windy road into Pearl Beach you will feel your stress levels drop. The exceptional combination of beach and nature is unique, particularly so close to Sydney.
For the energetic a walk up to the waterfall or through the National Park to Patonga is both beautiful and great exercise. There are also a large number of other walks in the Brisbane Waters National Park and the Bouddi National Park within 15 minutes by car. For those who want a more relaxed holiday, a stroll through the Arboretum, along the beach or past the rock-pool and around the headland for views over to Palm Beach might be more attractive. There is also a salt water pool, a bowling green and public tennis courts. The beach caters for those that want flat water (southern end - near Wallara) or waves (northern end).
Just because you are out of Sydney doesn't mean you will need to sacrifice any of your creature comforts. There is a well stocked shop, a gourmet cafe (with WiFi) that does excellent coffee and eat-in or take away food.
There is even the famous Pearls on The Beach which a fully licensed restaurant that sits on the edge of the sand with amazing views.
If you want to eat in and use Wallara's gourmet kitchen then there is a Coles and Woolworths, several bottle shops and a large number of fresh seafood outlets 5 minutes drive away in Umina. There is also a number of take away and home delivery options in Umina and Woy Woy that will cater to every desire.

WALLARA'S POLICIES
- Maximum of 12 guests and never more than 8 adults (unless specifically approved in writing by the owners)
- No smoking
- No pets (large or small)
- No parties or weddings - never more than 8 adults allowed in the premises at one time
- Noise to be kept to a level that is consistent with a residential area.
- Bond of $1000 is taken one week before check-in date. Bond is fully refundable within 14 days of check-out provided Wallara Policies have not been breached and there has been no damage to the house, its gardens or its contents.
