BRING THE BOAT - 100 metres to the nearest boat ramp.
BRING THE ROD - Great fishing near the house.
BRING THE BIKES - River cycle/walking track in front of the house
BRING THE HUSBAND - Cook some snags on the BBQ, enjoy the huge outdoor entertainment area overlooking the water.

TWO BEDROOM
Two bedroom ground floor self contained area, sleeps 5 people. Master bedroom with queen bed, second bedroom has a bunk bed (double bed underneath and single bed above. Spacious open plan lounge/dining kitchen area. Large private fully fenced yard, for your use only, great for the kids or the dog.

You can rent just the ground floor 2 bedroom apartment or the whole house, sleeps 10 people, 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living areas. Great for bringing the family plus the parents. 10 minutes to Sunshine Coast Airport. For those without a car, the bus stop is 200 metres from the house. There are regular bus services up and down the coast to all major attractions.
For those with young children, there are two playgrounds all within 100 metres of the property.
WHAT TO BRING?
The property has a washing machine, appliances in the kitchen.
Linen is provided extra at a small fee, $10 per person. We do not provide beach towels.
High chairs, portacot etc can all be hired for a small fee.
Sorry, no smoking.
PETS?
Please email if you have a pet. We ask that pets do not go on the furniture and any mess in the garden is cleared. If your dog persistently barks when you are out, or at night, you will be asked to leave.
