Tucked away in a quiet "no through" road in Sunderland Bay and only minutes from the Grand Prix Track, Penguin Parade and Cowes this home is a great place for a get-away. With 3 bedrooms, the capacity to sleep 8 people and a bathroom with a bath, it is perfect for up to 2 families. An open plan living area with flat screen TV, DVD & IPOD connection, assures you'll have something to do even in the middle of winter! For the warmer months you have the perfect entertaining area, sit outside and relax on the large outdoor decks, enjoy the BBQ and take advantage of the privacy of a fully fenced yard with double gates. All this is located only 300m from the beach. So as the house is named Laat 't Los, or 'Let your Worries go' and enjoy a well deserved break.
Pets may be welcome to share your holiday with you, although they will have to stay outside.

We require a bond which is fully refundable after your stay.

Third Bedroom : 2 Single Bunk beds (4 people)
Maximim sleeping capacity is 8 people (although we recommend a maximum of 6 adults)
There should not be too much that this house does not have but a few things are not provided, please see below.
Linen is NOT included in the price for your booking. Please provide your own top and bottom sheets, towels, bathmats, pillow cases and tea towels (except for during the Grand Prix). Linen can be supplied for an additional cost if required.
Doona's, blankets and pillows ARE provided including Doona covers.
The house has a well equiped kitchen including microwave, good quality selection of pots, pans, plates, glasses etc
Basic cooking condements provided, eg salt, sugar, herbs & spices etc
A selection of books, games and DVD's are provided and free for you to use.
Please - NO SMOKING INSIDE and clean up any cigarette butts
NO DOGS ALLOWED INSIDE.
Kennel is provided on outside deck (no bedding included and kennel needs to be clean upon departure)

We stayed over the Australia Day long weekend and had a great time! The property is clean, comfortable, positioned in a quiet yet convenient location. I highly recommend a sunset walk with your loved ones along the esplanade, which is just moments away. Furthermore, the host Jane is truly delightful with great communication and honesty. Had a fantastic time at this house. It's in a quiet street away from the madness of Cowes and San Remo. Everything you need is in the house. When they say just bring sheets, that���s all you need! The fridge is a little small for a big family but adequate. Good backyard for cricket. Our dogs had a great time too.

We really enjoyed our stay at Laat's Los. If you look for a quiet place away from the hustle and bustle of the main town, it's the place for you. It's clean in the very good condition with all the facilities that you need. However, there is one suggestion. You should have told us to bring extra toilet paper as there were only 2 rolls provided during our 3 days stay. Apart from that, it was a very enjoyable stay.

We share the house with friends from Italy and Norway. We did have all a great time. The house was really convenient for both adults and children. The terrace is just perfect for breakfast but also to relax after the day enjoying the barbecue.
We would like to come back.. definitely

We were 7 guys down to see The 2011 MotoGP in October. This has got to be the perfect lodging for people wishing to do the same in the future as it's within walking distance to the track (albeit a fair walk of 4 k's but if you have ever seen the traffic during this event you know why i mention it), the house is clean and well equipped and the fantastically hot and water generous showers (just what you need after a long ride) are the icing on the cake.
Communication between landlord and tenant was first rate with all booking details covered efficiently and with minimum fuss. The house appliance settings and user tips and it's easy 1st time entry were also well covered.
I have no hesitation in recommending Lat 't Los to future MotoGP groups.

We all enjoyed the lovely beach house at Phillip Island. It was clean, comfortable and well thought out with all ammenities we needed available, even the little things like salt and pepper, sugar and coffee, if we needed tham, alongwith all the cleaning products. The decor was condusive to a beach stay and all aspects of the house were comfortable, I only noticed your arrary of books towards the end of the week, and made use of your board games during our stay......The owners have thought of everything for the visiting guests and compliment them both

Very comfortable, well equipped and fantastic back yard that took our 3 boats.

We stayed at this property for a just over a week and enjoyed it greatly. The property was in fantastic condition, had all the necessary amenities and was close to most Phillip Island attractions.

Thanks for a great stay, very clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. Secure and large back yard for our dog. Would probably suggest a small fan heater or like for the bedroom for the colder nights; otherwise the gas heater did a great job for the main living area. Super hot water and great water pressure for a sensational shower! Fast and friendly transaction with the owners, cute and cosy cottage, loved it - will stay again!

The garden was very secure and our beagle Roxy loved the space to run in the back yard.

The location is very nice it not crowded, very quiet neighbourhood. the facilities in the home all very satisfactory. very close to a quiet beach as well.The house has a fantastic backyard for a big family to enjoy and BBQ. A gorgeous, extremely clean and very well appointed 3 bedroom cottage. My 2 young sons, myself and our 6 month old pug thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend stay. The huge, flat, green, fenced backyard is a dog's heaven. So close to Cowes, for daily shopping and eateries, yet far enough away for when we wanted supreme quiet to relax and enjoy the house movies on the flatscreen TV. The owner's were a joy to deal with and we will be back again. Highly recommended!
