This modern apartment is situated on Swanston St - the main arterial that runs through the Melbourne CBD. The apartment is a few minutes walk to the iconic Melbourne Central and train station, Queen Victoria Market, Chinatown, RMIT and Melbourne University. Take a tram from the tram stop just in front of the apartment to anywhere in the CBD as well as Lygon st famous for its great Italian Food, and Brunswick St - great for shopping and art. ALDI store is just cross the road and Melbourne City Bath is next door for your leisure and relaxation in enjoying the swimming pool, spa, gym and more. Melbourne is literally at your doorstep!

The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed as well a double sofa bed in the living room.

Stylishly furnished with kitchenette, fridge, microwave and oven, air-conditioning, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. The cupboards are stocked with new saucepans, cutlery and other utensils you need to cook a basic meal. Linen provided.

For the convenience of our guests, a flexible check-out time at 4pm by the latest is available provided that no guests would check in that same day.

  • "Conveniently situated with a few minutes walk to Melbourne Central station and tram stop outside. The place is not really big but it was just right to be comfortable for the four of us staying there. It's basic but everything you need is available like a little kitchenette which is really good. And the rooms were very clean and well maintained. Highly recommended! "

  • "We have just finished a 4 day stay at this superb accommodation and I must say we were more than impressed with the standard this unit offers. Anyone wanting affordable, centrally located accommodation should look no further than Downtown 511. I have two suggestions that would have made our stay just that much better 1. Oil the doors, they squeak. 2. For more than 2 guests, another key would be so convenient. But despite the squeaky bathroom and front door, everything else was FANTASTIC!"

  • "Pro's - Great location to the CBD - so easy to access public transport! - great security at apartment building makes you feel secure - Perfect for a couple weekend get away Con's - none really.. bedroom may be a bit small but you are never really there anyway - no view from window.. but there no biggy's Will Definately stay again =) Hassel free accomodation! Easy check out owner is extremely helpful and will work around you with no hassels one of the best places that i have ever stayed at!!"

The apartment has everything: bedroom, bathroom, sofa bed, lounge with tv and dvd player, kitchenette! It's also conveniently located in the CBD and is a walking distance to pretty much everything (tram stop is just outside the apartment!) The owner is very nice and very kind which made our stay in Melbourne alot more pleasant and relaxed. Definitely the place to stay in Melbourne! "
