Description

Myalup is a quiet, secluded little beachside town off the Old Coast Road less than 1.5 hrs drive from Perth along the freeway and 35kms north of Bunbury. It is by the ocean, lakes, national park, the Harvey diversion water course adding to its uniqueness.

It is an ideal place to stay for a quiet holiday or use as a base for day trips down south or east (Busselton is less than a 1 hour drive). Myalup’s main attraction is the stunning white sands of Myalup Beach, which attracts 4WD and fishing enthusiasts.

The house is in an excellent location, with direct access to the local park, tennis courts and playgrounds and 800m to the beach.

Things to do

Sit back, relax and enjoy your time away or try some fishing in the morning or afternoon.
The beach is popular for swimming, boogie boarding, relaxing and watching the sun set over the Indian Ocean.

The readily accessible park is shaded by mature trees and has tennis courts, half-basketball court and play equipment. It is great for a game of cricket or just to relax on the grass.

The neighbouring national park and lake system have walking tracks and are excellent for bird watching, wild flowers and home to kangaroos.

There are two local wineries and the Old Coast Brewery / cafe / restaurant within a short drive.

There are golf courses at neighbouring Harvey and Binningup.
Bunbury is only 35km away and Harvey and Australind even closer. All have supermarkets.

The House

The house is air-conditioned, has 4 bedrooms, and is large enough for two small families. It has a front verandah, a rear verandah and a large outdoor patio looking over bush, lawn and landscaped gardens.

Three of the 4 bedrooms are doubles and the fourth has two single beds. It comfortably sleeps 8 people.

The inside is functional and lovingly kept. The living/dining room has good quality furnishings and the kitchen is fully equipped.

A BBQ is available on the verandah/patio for outdoor meals
