Stayed here with our extended family. House comfortably sleeps at least 12 people and the roomy and well-equipped kitchen makes catering for a large group an absolute breeze. Excellent location, walking distance to Echo Point and 3 Sisters and also to Katoomba shops. Great coffee place just a 2 minute walk from front door. Would definitely stay here again!

My large family and a few family friends stayed the June long weekend at this lovely house to celebrate my mother's birthday. We all had a fabulous time and there was plenty of room for all the adults and for my mother's many grandchildren. The house has a lot of character and was well heated and the kitchen area is a great size. The location was a real benefit as we did not have to drive anywhere as what we needed was so close.I would very much recommend this home for large family groups!!!

I've stayed at this place a few times now. It's huge and homely which is handy cos I've got five adults kids and now they've got kids too! Very close to the 3 sisters, the clifftop walk, the cafes and the Chinese restaurant up the road. Had some great times there with great people. I recently investigated booking a 3 bdrm house up the road for a weekend for 6 people: that was $750 (?!), which makes Coomonderry's rate for 7 bdrms look very reasonable.

We had a family get together for a 70th birthday. 8 adults, 5 kids, plenty of room, cooked up a storm in the large kitchen. We had a great time, walking distance to Echo Pt and Chocolate shop (yum). Heating can become a bit much at times but otherwise would thoroughly recommend.
