Evandale is located only a short walk from the heart of Ballarat, and close to restaurants, shopping & nightlife.
All the area's major attractions including Sovereign Hill, Ballarat Wildlife Park, Ballarat Fine Art Gallery, Blood on the Southern Cross and Lake Wendouree & Botanical Gardens are within a couple of minutes drive.
