A newly renovated spacious two bedroom apartment in a very well cared for small block of units.

A comfortable and stylish home very handy for couple. It is also adequate for a family spending time in Sydney, for business or for a holiday. There is a minimum of 7 nights stay in this apartment.

The polished timber floors gleam to welcome you home to relax in sitting room which is beautifully furnished including a leather sofa and a plasma TV and DVD player along with a stereo radio and CD player.

The main bedroom has a queen sized bed, built-in wardrobes bedside tables and bedside lights.
The second bedroom has a double bed and a robe with hanging rails and bed side tables. This room can be utilised as a study or just to give you extra space.

The modern tiled bathroom has a shower of the bath a washbasin and toilet.
There is an internal laundry.

All bed linen and towels are provided as are cooking utensils for food preparation, crockery and table ware.

Although there is no air conditioning in the apartment it is on the 3rd floor and gets plenty of breezes giving good cross ventilation which is also aided by the fans in the apartment.
Heaters are provided during the winter months.
In this block you can hang out you washing to dry n the garden area

Charges start at the advertised price depending on season, family numbers and duration of stay. Low pricing applies to the winter season; the highest is over the summer and Xmas holiday period.

A bond is required; this is returned at the end of the rental period after a satisfactory inspection of the property.
A departure clean is charged for at the end of each rental booking.
If you require internet connection this can be supplied, there is an extra charge, let us know prior to arrival if you require a modem.

If you are coming for educational purposes the apartment is within easy distance to Sydney University.
For anyone with health problems it is close to the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital (of TV fame)

The vibrant area of King St in Newtown is within minutes.

A trip into the CBD is not very far and you can catch a bus or train into Sydney it will take about 15 minutes.

Visit the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney and you can swim and surf at Bondi Beach or walk the famous Bondi to Bronte walk, a stretch of coastline known as one of the most sought after locations for beach and water activities.

Take a Sydney Harbour cruise from Circular Quay and enjoy the huge variety of Sydney Harbour-side restaurants in Darling Harbour, Woolloomooloo and Watsons Bay.

Kings Cross, Darlinghurst, Potts Point, Double Bay, Rose Bay and Paddington are home to many of the finest restaurants in the eastern suburbs of Sydney.
