It was an absolute pleasure to open the front door and find accommodation to the standard of at least a four star hotel. This property is spacious, quiet, has lots to offer with hotel quality beds, crisp linen, fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Very clean and fresh. Great location, very close to IGA, restaurants, transport and parks for children to run. Jo has been great to deal with, we look forward to our next stay.

we found the house extremely comfortable. the house was spacious and very clean. The beautiful sheets and comfy beds mad our stay even more enjoyable. the proximity to shops etc was wonderful. I would recommend this house to anyone, and hope one day we can return to enjoy Holiday off Hutt once more.

We stayed a week in this lovely cottage, it was ideal for our purposes. So central to everything Adelaide has to offer, just around the corner to great restaurants on Hutt St, the house was great, had everything we needed, beds really comfortable, being able to do laundry made everything much easier for our holiday. We had a wonderful 7 day stay in this lovely cottage. So convenient to everything IGA, restaurants and the free buses around the corner.
It was a pleasure to deal with Jo. Everything was done through the internet with no worries.

Comfy beds with crisp fresh linen. All the mod cons. Plenty of space,even with 5 of us ,you could still find a quiet spot to relax.Great location,we hired bikes and rode everywhere -so easy!

The house was ideal. Comfy beds. Air-conditioning throughout (which we were seriously grateful for when it was 39 degrees outside!). 2 outdoor areas. Nice touches like milk in the fridge when we arrived. All the kitchen bits and pieces which you could need (lots of places don't give you enough pans or utensils).

We had a very pleasant stay here, very comfortable and quiet, with plenty of room to spread out. Joanne was very helpful at all stages of the booking, with great communication. The property is close enough to walk to all the great Hutt Street and Surrounds pubs/restaurants etc, but if you have your car for, say, your Barossa road trip, the parking space is a real bonus.

Holiday off Hut was the perfect place to stay for the week with the family. Close to the best markets i've ever been to & the best beaches. Everything local & great food everywhere. Cottage was perfect for all of us-space to move & yet still in eyesight of kids. Working on next holiday- love to come back.

The area was delightful and close to everything with lots of great places to eat within walking distance. Would not consider staying anywhere else if we return to Adelaide in the future - highly recommended.

We had a great time at the house and thanks for setting it up so well. It had a nice fresh feel about it. It was really convenient for us and large enough for 5 adults to gather for a family event and quite economical. Great coffee at Alphonso���s and really big meals there as well if you are giving people recommendations.
The parking is quite good once you work out the signage and certainly parking around the back is pretty easy. Close enough to the city but a lot easier to negotiate comings and goings.

This cottage was so comfortable, clean, modern and very tasteful. Everything that we needed was available. The communication with owners was friendly and prompt and details given were well explained. The location of this cottage is so handy to conveniences and public transport, not forgetting the neighbourhood of fantastic bars, cafes and restaurants. I can't rave enough about this property and highly recommend it for anyone wanting to enjoy a wonderful home away from home.
