Secure and private, Lucias cottage is just a few minutes walk from Horseshoe Bay (approx. 250m from our front door to the beach) and located in a quiet sheltered part of the old historic village. The existing house has just been extensively transformed to provide modern superior accomodation with 3 bedrooms (2x Queen/2x single beds) and a generous new gourmet kitchen/living area. There are 2 private courtyard areas and secure off-street parking. The main living areas have r/c aircon and digital TV/DVD and open through expansive glass sliding doors to the large deck outdoors, with gas BBQ and shaded outdoor setting. The new kitchen is beautifully presented and well provisioned, including a capuccino machine. No pets allowed.
