All the bedrooms and bathrooms have electrical heating and the living room has a cosy potbelly fireplace for the cooler winter days. The Clare View House has a spacious carport for two cars, a veranda around the whole house and a spacious shaded outdoor area with BBQ facilities. Besides all this there is the absolutely privacy, the million dollar views and wildlife such as kangaroos, kookaburras and lots of other birds.
The Clare View House is fully equipped and completely wheelchair accessible. A perfect spot to stay all by yourselves or share it with up to 8 of your friends. Enjoy a great break at a very affordable price! Pets are welcome, prior to negotiation.

The house is adapted with wide door openings, spacious bathrooms with wide role in showers, toilets and showers with brackets, shower heads with a special on and off button, level floors inside and outside, spacious rooms and a partly adapted kitchen for the use of people in a wheelchair. Breathtaking Clare Valley views, tasty Clare Valley wines, and wheelchair accessible accommodation come together at The Clare View House. A guaranteed unique Clare Valley experience for everyone and especially for travellers who are after a wheelchair accessible place to stay. We created a spacious, luxurious Bed and Breakfast with the goal to accommodate wheelchair bound people and give them a break everyone deserves! ECO FRIENDLY
Our aim is to be an environmental friendly / eco friendly place to stay. Sustainability is a priority and therefore we recycle as much as we can (glass, cans, plastic bottles, paper, cardboard). The Clare View House was build in such way that the house stays cool in summer and stays warm in winter. This saves lots on energy and greenhouse gas emissions in our environment. We are replacing broken light bulbs with energy saving light bulbs and will keep on doing that until they are all replaced. To compensate the carbon footprint of the house native vegetation is being planted in 2010. The house is partly self sufficient; it runs on 100% rainwater and firewood is collected from the property. A small plantation is being planted soon to provide firewood for the future. A step forward to eco tourism / green tourism in the Clare Valley.
