North Avoca is nestled between Terrigal in the North and Avoca Beach in the South. Approx 1 1/2 hours drive north of Sydney.

North Avoca Beach is a fantastic spot for swimming, bodysurfing, surfing and fishing or just relaxing on the sands of the beautiful North Avoca Beach and Avoca Lagoon.
This is only one of a few homes in North Avoca where you can enjoy the luxury of the beach, lagoon and HEATED POOL. The home is 2 doors away from the lake and 400 meters from the beach. Only a flat 5 minute walk !
As you enter this residence, you will feel at home with the open plan layout. It won’t take you long to realize the home was designed with relaxation in mind.
The outdoor area is where you will spend the most time. Sit in the heated pool whilst you watch the outdoor LCD TV. There is a BBQ, Outdoor Fan & large deck area and an outdoor setting for 10.

The main downstairs bathroom includes a double headed shower, toilet & hugh spa bath. In addition there are another 2 full bathrooms, 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs with easy access to the pool and outdoor areas.
The spaciously designed kitchen includes quality stainless steel appliances, hugh oven for entertaining, microwave, dishwasher, gas cook-top with Caesar stone benches.
The main lounge is equipped with a full HD LCD TV, Bose surround sound, blu ray player and foxtel.
Children are well catered for in the comfortable fenced tidy backyard. They will enjoy the pool, sandpit and playing with the abundance of toys and bikes that are available for use.
The home has ducted air-conditioning and in addition all rooms contain fans.
The home has secure off road parking for at least 5 cars. ( no Garage available)
For those not able to escape work there is high speed Wi-Fi internet access.
Full laundry with washing machine & dryer are available for guest use.
Bed linen is provided , just bring towels and your clothes, sit back and enjoy your break. Please also bring your own beach / pool towels.
This home is an ideal retreat for families.
Strictly NO groups of young people, NO parties, NO pets, NO smoking and 10pm outdoor noise curfew. Must be 30 years and over to make a booking, identification will need to be provided both upon booking and upon check-in. No guest will be permitted in the home and access will be denied in the event that the person who turns up to take the premises is not as per what has been provided in the identification.

Booking details
The home is available all year round for a minimum 5-7 night stay depending on time of year.
Please note : We no longer take weekend or long weekend bookings so please do not enquire.
Deposit: 30% to secure booking (non-refundable).
At least one month prior to occupancy: 70% balance of the rental amount (NON REFUNDABLE) + $1,500 Refundable bond.
$200 cleaning fee is payable.

The Owner has the right to terminate any contract at any point in the event that the conditions are not met.
