Located in Central Broadbeach in walking distance to the Casino, Pacific Fair, Broadbeach dining and the beach your Tropical Retreat Holiday Home awaits your arrival..

Your own private accommodation without the holiday crowds with everything from outdoor entertaining and BBQ area, fully tiled private pool, fully equipped kitchen, and sandy beach for fishing PLAY FORT for the kids.

The property also has FREE WI FI and FOXTEL for the family.

From the moment you enter you will feel the relaxed feeling as you laze by your waterfront pool with the lights of Surfers Paradise in front of you.

LOUNGE

The lounge area has TV with Foxtel and opens to the huge undercover entertaining area.
This is where you will spend your holiday.
You have spectacular views from both the lounge and the outdoor area of the night lights of the Surfers Hi Rise buildings

OUTDOOR AREA

WOW! This is where you will live... Relaxed dining and entertaining by the beautiful fully tiled pool, with the sparkling lights of Surfers Paradise in front of you!!
Your can paddle on your own sandy beach, then maybe fish for a BBQ dinner.!

This north facing area is furnished with a large outdoor modular lounge and large dining table and of course your BBQ.
There are lounges by the pool to relax in the sun or why not try your hand at fishing from the sandy beach

They can fish in the waterway or swim in the pool while the adults dine outdoors by the pool watching the night lights of Surfers Paradise.

LOCATION

The house is only 500metres from all the action of Broadbeach and is in a quiet street with no passing traffic.
The theme parks are close.
Seaworld is only a 10 minute drive with the other parks only 20 minutes away.
Some of the best golf courses are located within a 15-20 minute drive.
