Description
Situated in family friendly Freshwater is this cute three bedroom weatherboard cottage. This is the perfect spot for family and friends to gather. Beautiful Freshwater beach is at the end of the road, and the village is a one minute walk away. Bustling Manly is a picturesque walk over the headland, or a short bus ride away.
The cottage itself had a beautiful renovation in 2010 and features three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one ensuite), and kitchen/living/dining flowing onto a sunny deck plus a little garden with a big deck , bar-b-que , and two beautiful frangipani trees.
The style of the renovation is cute and 'beachy' - wooden floorboards, chandeliers, clean and comfy sofas. Light and airy. There is also a gorgeous Balinese daybed for lazy days and a cast iron fire for cosy evenings.
Bedroom one has a queen bed, bedroom two a double.
Bedroom three has a triple bunk, plus a trundle bed, if required. This room is perfect for children and has the bonus of a second TV.
The living area has TV with Foxtel, so lots to choose from.
There is a wireless internet connection.
Sorry - no large groups of young adults and strictly no parties or functions allowed as the cottage is in a residential area.
There is no cleaning fee if the property is left in a similar state as the start of your holiday. A bond applies.
Please note: there are no refunds on cancellations unless the property can be re-let. If it is only re-let for a portion of your stay, or for a lower amount, then a pro-rata refund will apply.
Seahorse Cottage is a no smoking home, both inside and in the garden.
