Description
Our house comprises three bedrooms,spacious open plan kitchen dining living area, bathroom with bath plus additional laundry and toilet.
The living area has an open fireplace (split wood and kindling will be supplied ready to use). The kitchen is fully equipped, as for our own needs, and has a dishwasher.
The open plan living area offers the luxury of large french doors, and double windows affording full ocean vistas.
Each of the three bedrooms has a double or queen sized bed. The bunk room having two doubles and a single bed.
Two of the bedrooms have ocean views.
The front of the house has a wide three sided verandah with what can only be described as panoramic views, and is furnished with a full teak dining set, steamer chair and BBQ.

This area, 3 1/2 hours north of Sydney by car is also served by daily 1 hour flights to and from Sydney.Crowdy Head and nearby Harrington are renown for rock , estuary and beach fishing. Crowdy Bay, which sweeps 16kms north and Harrrington Beach, 8kms long to the south, are both 4wd accessible.
Finally,it is the rare access to the open sea that the protected boat ramp in Crowdy Harbour offers,which is the area's major feature.
Surfing at Crowdy Bay, and south of the headland is also renown.
Calmer protected swimming is closeby with the patrolled southern end of Crowdy Bay.

A 50mtr stroll down the hill will reveal the working fishing harbour, and the trawler fleet's co-operative shop offering freshly caught produce.
At nearby Harrington, (ten minutes drive), a large shopping centre with supermarket will supply your needs.
Local hotels and their bistros afford a splendid location to enjoy a meal on the Manning river.
Fabulous day trips to the beautiful rainforrests of the hinterland are also a feature, dotted with beautiful hamlets such as Moorland, John's River and Hannamvale.
The area has a wealth of walks in the numerous National Parks, featuring superb flora and fawna.
