The Espy

Description

The Espy is a large, five bedroom and two bathroom house.
It is ideal for two or more families to holiday together and share the fun and costs.
Upstairs is the adults area and downstairs is the kids area. Upstairs consists of an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with two decks which have views to Westernport Bay, the coastal reserve and sand dunes.
The split level area has 3 double bedrooms, bathroom, toilet and laundry (with a second fridge).
The downstairs area consists of two bunk rooms and a bathroom. One of the bunk rooms also has a couch and TV . All beds have linen and towels provided.
We even provide two porta cots, a high chair and stroller so you dont have to pack your own.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with all modcons including a microwave, dishwasher and large fridge. The lounge is air conditioned, has a sound system, tv, and dvd player.
The house has a large backyard, BBQ and ample car parking.
It is fully fenced making it safe for kids. It is opposite a boardwalk that leads to Phillip Islands best beach. This beach is great for surfing and endless walks.

Location

The Espy is located on the narrowest point of Phillip Island between the ocean and Westernport Bay at
Surf Beach. Directly opposite the house is the coastal reserve and sand dunes consisting of the mutton bird and shearwater rookery. The lounge room and front deck offer great views of this area.

Through these dunes there is a beautiful ocean beach that you can surf, sun bake, or walk along forever. There are also rock pools and caves for the kids to explore and play in.

To the north, views of Westernport Bay(Swan Bay) are seen from the upstairs lounge and balcony.

The house is well away from the hustle and bustle of the Island, but within a few minutes drive of all attractions.
