There is also another Queen bedroom on this level and a third bedroom with bunks along with a full bathroom. On the ground floor there are two Queen bedrooms with an adjoining bathroom and a King bedroom making six bedrooms in total plus a powder room.

OUTDOORS
The main alfresco area provides an undercover outdoor living area with built in BBQ, sink and fridge overlooking the 1.9m deep pool and the waterfront. Both are fenced. There is also an outdoor fireplace to ensure you can utilize the area all year round.

This home is situated in a premier location only a 10 minute walk to all that Broadbeach has to offer. Broadbeach is well known as the best location to holiday on the Gold Coast. The home is central to all the Gold Coast has to offer.

In accordance with Gold Coast City Council, Stayz and Holiday Rental Group Code of Conduct, The Lotus has a strict NO PARTY and NO COMMERCIAL FUNCTIONS policy and is not available to young groups of singles or schoolies. As The Lotus is situated in a quiet residential suburb, in consideration to our neighbours we request all guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "quiet time" From 10pm to 8 am.
