This ultra modern, brand new 3 bedroom apartment is located right near the heart of Batemans Bay and the water and is only walking distance to the center of town which consists of Woolworths and Coles, pubs, clubs, fashion shops and great restaurants.
Spacious open plan living areas lead to a large balcony together with gas BBQ and outdoor setting. Inside the gourmet kitchen provides everything you may possibly need.

With the 3 bedrooms you also get 2 bathrooms, main with spa bath + private ensuite located off the master bedroom. 3 plazma TV's, FOXTEL (cable TV) with all the channels, playstation/DVD and plenty of board games for hours of fun, air-conditioning + heating. Also supplied, a washing machine/dryer as well as all the things you would expect in a modern home.
Accommodation sleeps 8, queen beds in main and second bedrooms, plus a new bunk bed with a trundle underneath and a single bed in the third room. There is also a retractable double bed couch in the lounge room making a total for 10 people to sleep if need be.
The ambience of this well appointed apartment is perfect for a short break or a great escape.
It is a policy that no pets are allowed, no smoking (balcony accepted), and a respectful amount of noise after 11pm due to surrounding neighbours.
Secure underground lockup parking for 2 cars or boats and plenty more parking in and around the complex.
Why worry about bringing your own sheets, blankets and towels. Most other properties in the area do not supply these items which can be a hassle to bring on your trip. Everything is supplied for you including all sheets, blankets, tea towels and bath towels (including foot towels and hand towels) for you to just come relax and enjoy.
Also coffee, sugar, hand soaps, dish washing detergent, washing machine detergent, dish washing sponges, hair shampoo and conditioner is supplied to make staying a little easier and fewer items to bring.
If the apartment is booked on the calander I sometimes have a second apartment available, just send an enquiry.
A 1 night stay is available but a $95 surcharge applies (not available on weekends).

COST:$349 per night, $1995 for the week.
- MID: Feb, Mar, Apr, Oct, Nov, Early Dec. (except school holidays & public holiday long weekends).
COST : $199 per night (Sunday - Thursday), $279 per night (Friday - Saturday), $1199 for a 1 week stay.
- LOW: May, Jun, Jul, Aug, Sep, (except school holidays & public holiday long weekends)
COST : $179 per night (Sunday - Thursday) $219 per night (Friday - Saturday), $950 for a 1 week stay.
- SCHOOL HOLIDAYS : (except Christmas school holidays)
