Peppermint Dayz is a rustic rammed earth 4 bedroom house near the old Dunsborough Golf course. Within walking distance to the old Dunsborough Beach. A holiday at Peppermint Dayz is relaxing experience. A great place to unwind and recharge your batteries.
The house is so convenient to everything. Only 3 mins to Dunsborough, 10 mins to Meelup and Yallinyup Beaches, Wise winery not far away, galleries as well.
The back verandah is excellent for BBQs, and looks out over the many large peppermint trees.
Our bird bath in the garden attracts birds of all descriptions. Wrens, Kookaburras, Parrots, Magpies.

ATTENDING A WEDDING.
The house as you can see from the photos is a very big open plan, lounge dining kitchen, with the second lounge on the mezzanine upstairs. 32" LCD TV, DVD, and Stereo. Rammed earth walls and large bush poles really create that holiday feel house, but with all the mod cons your used to at home.
It is beautifully furnished with a large solid jarrah dining table.
Electric blankets and an slow combustion wood fire keep the house really warm in winter.
Comfortably seats 8-10 people.
The kitchen has a 410 litre 2 door/fridge freezer, and a new convection oven. Kitchen is fully equiped.
There are 4 large bedrooms all beautifully decorated, and the mezzanine lounge also has a two mattresses. The master ensuite bathroom is huge and has a spa bath. Electric blakets on the 2 queen beds and double bed.

NIGHTLY RATE IS $180 to $350 DEPENDING ON THE DATES AND THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE.

Setup fee of $120 applies to all bookings, which covers bed linen, bath towels, setup and preparation of the house for incoming guests. We also provide lots of extras. ( eg Dishwashing products, washing powder, tea light candles, condiments, bin bags etc )
There is a $350 bond which is required as confirmation of your booking. Payment of tariff in full must be made 14 days prior to arrival date. The bond is paid back by direct debit within 3 days of leaving, or by other arrangements with owners. A loading applies to any public or school holidays that fall during off peak rate times.
Cancellations: Every endeavour is made to re book the time cancelled, but if this is not possible your deposit is forfeited. If the time is rebooked by another client, your deposit is refunded in full (less a $ 50 cancellation fee). Also if the new booking rate has to be discounted then the shortfall is deducted from your deposit. Notification of cancellation must be received at least 30 days prior to your booking.
