A Stayz property since Feb 2010

Kava Villa is a modern two story villa located in a quite court with private gate access for Kava Villa residents to the safe swimming beach 15 meters away, (see photos) making it the perfect location for families with and couple's alike. A short stroll along the lover's walk track leads easily up to Cowes village.

Downstairs:
Master Bedroom : Queen bed with spa bath ensuite(shared).
2nd Bedroom : Queen bed
3rd Bedroom : Double/ single bunk bed & single/single bunk bed
Second bathroom with shower.
Internal Access to lockup garage.

Upstairs: Split system, Fully equipped kitchen, electric cook top and oven, microwave, dishwasher, family size refrigerator. Balcony leads to outdoor setting and BBQ. Open plan dining and lounge area, couches, plasma TV, DVD, Stereo, powder room and laundry (washer and dryer). Downstairs is a secure courtyard with a large deck surrounded by a garden beds.

Doonas, doona covers, pillows, mattress protectors and blankets supplied.

Linen and towels are NOT supplied, tenants are required to supply their own linen for the duration of their stay : bottom and top sheets, pillow cases and towels (both bathroom and beach) and bath mats.

We provide tea towels.

Porta-cot & high chair provided.

Check in time is 2pm onwards, Check out is strictly 10am unless prior arrangement is made.
