We wanted to create a place where you can come and rest in comfort but still at a competitive affordable price.
At Kings on Seymour you will find a King Size bed in the main bedroom and two king size singles in the other, Both bedrooms boast ample wardrobes for longer term stays. Beds have Electric Blankets and the unit will also accommodate two more on the comfortable Leather Sofa Lounge if needed. Kings on Seymour has reverse cycle air conditioning for those warmer days and cooler nights.
As well as accommodating families the unit is also fitted out for a romantic getaway.
We have endeavored to fit the unit out with everything that our guests may need for longer stays, a fully equipped kitchen with modern cookware and utensils, plenty of cupboard space, a generous size fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and stove top.
We have a modern dining table, a very relaxing recliner lounge, three seat leather sofa bed, TV, DVD and CD player, all decked out with sumptuous modern decorations.
The bathroom has a sizeable shower and vanity,
The laundry is fitted with a front load washing machine, cloths dryer, iron and ironing board.
Further out the back you will find a covered courtyard with a BBQ, large 6 seat table and relaxing surroundings. Should you require, there is also a small shed for the storage of bikes, body boards, surf boards.
The unit is located centrally to Middleton Beach and the CBD. There is a Mini Mart 5 minutes walk away for essentials such as milk, bread and papers. The Middleton Beach Bowling club is just a 5 minute drive away with Eyre park along side it.
Albany boasts many restaurants and shopping centers, wineries, fishing, swimming, leisure centre, cinema, scenic tours, whale watching and much more.
