Description
Maisies Cottage is a simple beach-style original workers' cottage, small and cosy and just a short walk to the beach, town centre, shops, cafe's and restaurants, or Busselton's famous long jetty.
Maisies Cottage is tastefully renovated with three bedrooms and one bathroom and plenty of onsite parking, very well presented and priced to suit a family holiday in Busselton. Up to 4 Adults and 2 Children can stay for the nightly rates (below) with no hidden extras (complimentary port-a-cot also available if required).
Fully-equipped with many conveniences including reverse-cycle airconditioning, coffee machine, Flatscreen TV/DVD, microwave, BBQ, washing machine, dryer, iron, port-a-cot and hi-chair to make your stay more enjoyable.
Whilst Maisies Cottage has all the modern conveniences, it still retains some of its original character with the old the original woodstove, fireplace and polished jarrah floorboards.
Maisie's Cottage has plenty of books, games and toys, some fishing rods and personal bikes are also available for use. The garden has a pleasant outlook to relax and soak up the morning sun on the front verandah, or from the outdoor setting on the back verandah.
Walk to the beach in minutes, or maybe take a lazy half-hour drive to Margaret River and along the way passing wineries, restaurants and many wonders of the Southwest of Western Australia.
We named the Cottage after Maisie, the original owner who raised her family here for over 50 years. It reminds us of our past and is a delightful work in progress for us at every opportunity. Every time we walk through the door, Maisies Cottage is always welcoming and cosy.
BEDS
Maisies Cottage comfortably sleeps up to four adults and two children. A baby port-a-cot is also available on request. The bedroooms are:
2 Large sized bedrooms each with a Queen size bed.
1 Small bedroom with one set of children's Bunkbeds.
LINEN
We prefer guests to provide their own sheets, pillowcases and towels. However, linen and bath towels can be provided on request for $15.00 per guest. This service is convenient for those travelling from interstate or overseas.
Doonahs and covers, blankets, pillows and are all provided as standard.
BABY ITEMS
Port-a-cot, Hi-Chair, New Stroller are all available complimentary if required.
PETS
Pets are welcome at Maisie's Cottage subject to agreement with the owner and a small bond may apply.

$185.00 per night - School Holidays (excl Xmas Hols)
$250.00 per night - Easter (min 5 nights)

$250.00 per night - Xmas & New Year weeks.
$225.00 per night - Xmas School Holidays (DEC/JAN)
* If linen is required, please add $15.00 per guest.
* A fully-refundable bond is required to ensure the cottage is left clean and respectable after departure.

Location
Located in the centre of Busselton, Western Australia's most popular tourist town, everything you need is close at hand. Just five minutes stroll finds you on the tranquil shores of Geographe Bay - one of the world's most beautiful beaches. Restaurants, cafe's, weekend markets, and all your shopping needs are less than 10 minutes walk from Maisie's Cottage.

... We absolutely loved our stay at Maisie’s Cottage. The situation is excellent - a short walk to the jetty and beach. Our kids loved the range of toys and books (which were used more than the toys they brought with them) there were in the cottage. My father wished he could take the front veranda with him; he loved reading there in the morning sun (away from the grandchildren!). We will be back

Local Attractions
The picturesque town of Busselton is a thriving tourist town and has something for everyone. Unique with over 30 kilometres of pristine sandy beaches, stretching endlessly which is a great attraction for windsurfers, waterskiers, fishing, snorkelling and diving.
There are excellent Cafe's, Restaurants, Art & Craft Galleries, Sporting and Family Entertainment facilities and Historical Attractions - not to mention the weekly Markets on the Beachfront or the Railway Markets - which makes Busselton an excellent base from which to launch your adventures through the Southwest region, to Dunsborough and the Margaret River Wine Region.
