" Marnigusta " is located at 97 Hovell Street Echuca, approx 1.5 km from the main shopping strip.
It is on the East side of Echuca, in a quiet residential Street.
Boat ramp is within minutes of the house.Also an area for walking dogs is close by.

" Marnigusta " is a fully self contained 3 bedroom house.
Bedroom 1 : QS bed, Bed 2 : QS bed, Bed 3 : Bunk bed with Double bed on the bottom and single bed on the top.
Maximum 7 guests.
The lounge is cosy and equiped with TV, DVD, and CD'S player, there is a great range of DVD'S and CD'S, also some games for the kids and magazines and books. It has a gas heater.
The Kitchen has a large fridge, gas stove, microwave,dishwasher.
There is a good amount of cooking utensiles.
Outdoor Entertainment:
Has undercover table and chairs, also wicker lounge chairs and coffee table ready for that relaxing drink after a day out on the town.
There is also a great BBQ.
The house would be suitable for that ROMANTIC GETAWAY, or for the whole family to have a great relaxing Holiday.
The house block is fully fenced and has a large yard for the car or boat to be parked in of the street. There is a height restriction on the gate, so you will need to check the height with me if you have a high boat .
Tariff based on number of Guest.
Small to medium dogs are allowed.
All bed linen is supplied, Doonas, spare blanket, bath towels, hand towels, face washers, bath mat.
There is asl a hair dryer supplied.
Nightly and Weekly prices are for the first couple.
