SWIMMING - Stroll across the road to the mouth of the Barwon River which is a wonderful beach for the kids to swim and play. For the more adventurous, the famous 13th Beach surf breaks are minutes away up the road.
EATING - Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all just around the corner in Hitchcock Avenue which offers many wonderful dining experiences. Not to mention that we are located just across the road from "At The Heads", the building made famous in Seachange as Diver Dan's home. IGA supermarket is also around the corner if you prefer a night in.
SHOPPING - Browse in the boutiques, surf shops and pretty homeware stores that are also around the corner in Hitchcock Avenue.
GOLF: Barwon Heads Golf Club is our closest and 13th Beach Golf Club is a short drive away.
There's always plenty to do in Barwon Heads.
ACCOMMODATION
This former boathouse has been lovingly restored providing you with coastal living at its best. Polished floor boards are in perfect harmony with the bright, open spaces and add warmth and character throughout the open plan kitchen/meals/living area. An adjoining loungeroom contains a fully plumbed wet bar and has french doors opening onto a timber verandah. The three bedrooms with built in robes are carpeted for comfort and can accommodate 6 people max. Two new bathrooms and fully equipped laundry complete the interior. There's also an outdoor shower (with hot water)which is perfect for rinsing off after a trip to the beach.

OUTSIDE
A large pergola in the back garden is ideal for sitting under while dinner is being cooked on the BBQ. Your dog will enjoy lazing about in the established garden which is fully fenced. The front verandah is a wonderful spot to sit and contemplate what the day might bring. There is off street parking for up to 3 cars via the side driveway. This peaceful and private oasis is perfect for a Barwon Heads beach break.

Weekend rate (Fri & Sat nights) $600
Mid week (min 4 nights) $500
Long weekends - 3 night minimum - $850
Reduced rates for stays longer than 7 nights.

07/12/12-01/02/13 - 1 week minimum $2,500
