Description
Located directly across the road from Currimundi lake, you can set sail for a relaxing day on the water. The great holiday home is situated close to public transport and local shops.
As you walk through the entry door of the grand home you know you can expect to enjoy a relaxing holiday. With 5 good sized bedrooms scatters throughout the house (four on the top floor, 1 on the lower level) there is also 3 bathrooms for added convenience. Bedding configuration is 3 Queen ensembles, 1 Double ensemble and 2 single ensembles.
The parents retreat located on the top floor also has the bonus of a private lounge room. This room opens out onto the full length balcony.
All pillows and blankets are provided but you will be required to supply your own linen and cleaning products.
This house has a formal lounge/dining room, with Austar pay television provided, and also a family lounge/dining room. The kitchen has a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and all the kitchen utensils that you need.
As you prepare the evening meal in the kitchen you can watch the children cool off in the crystal clear pool or you can watch the rest of the family take the challenge of a game of Pool/Billiards at the full sized Slate Pool Table.
Airconditioning will assist with the heating and cooling what ever time of the year you choose to holiday here. Ceiling fans are also scattered throughout.
The laundry comes complete with washing machine, drier and ironing station.
There is plenty of space to park you car(s) and even tuck away a boat if you choose to bring one.
A small 2-burner BBQ with a lid is now being supplied to guests. Guests to supply their own gas / gas bottle.
