Description
The Bridgewater is a very comfortable, private beach house in a fantastic backbeach location. Just a 3 minute walk to stunning Bridgewater Bay and the rugged back beaches and walking tracks.
At the end of a no through road (last road before the beach - fall asleep to the sound of the sea), with 5 blocks of reserve on one side of the house and a vacant block on the other it is incredibly peaceful.
Set on a narrow part of the Mornington Peninsula, Blairgowrie shops and the front beach are only a short distance away. Blairgowrie is a great alternative to staying in Sorrento or Portsea - it is much quieter with everything you need and Sorrento and Portsea are just a short drive if you fancy a change of scene.
Great for families - bunk room for the kids, lots of games, books and toys (including a Wii and X Box 360, separate tv room and quiet road is perfect for kids to ride bikes or kick the football. They will also love the rock pools at Bridgewater Bay, the jump off the famous Bridgewater Bay rock into the sea and body boarding down the large sand dunes.

Master Bedroom: 1 x Queen bed, ensuite bathroom (with double shower), huge walk in robe and heater. French doors from bedroom open onto decking overlooking garden.
Bedroom 2: 2 x bunks, sleeping 4.
At the other end of the house:
2nd living area with flat screen TV/DVD/Wii/X Box 360, heater and a good supply of books and games.
Bedroom 3: 1 x Queen bed, ensuite to main bathroom and heater.
Main bathroom: Bath, shower, bidet and WC. WM and TD in laundry.
Modern quality furnishings and original paintings from local gallery.
Landscaped back beach gardens with huge outdoor table (sits 14/16) on north facing terrace. Decking at the front of the house overlooking the gardens with Cape Cod chairs under a shade sail - a great place to relax listening to the sound of the sea.
Extras
Portacot available. There is a good supply of wood to keep the fire roaring.
Bond applies to all bookings. Refunded within 2 weeks of vacating: $500.
Early check in and late checkout is available if there are no outgoing/incoming guests.
