Two bedrooms have queen size beds, flat screen plazma T.V's and built in robes. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, ensuite and large walk in robe plus a 27" flat screen plasma T.V.

The main bathroom has a separate shower, bath and toilet. The apartment has split system airconditioning and ceiling fans throughout.

The apartment has an open plan living area with a 42" flat screen plasma T.V, DVD, Austar and Wireless Internet. The dining area has a large 8 seater dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen for all of your cooking needs.

We are pleased to cater for families with children, and provide a small collection of children's and family DVD's. We will supply a porta cot, stroller and highchair on request at no extra charge. The apartment is also suited for couples or executives just wanting to get away for a bit of R&R, as it is situated in a residential complex with only 3 apartments on each floor.

The property is highly secured with buzzer entry only to main lobby and 2 undercover car parks. Residents can only gain access to their floor.

The complex has a large lap pool with spa, and there is a large grassed playground area for children which is fully fenced within the security of the building complex.

We also cater for late night arrivals and supply complimentary continental breakfast for the first morning of arrival.

THINGS TO DO

If you are looking to entertain the children close by, out the front of the complex is a Ten Pin Bowling Alley with Mini Golf, Kiddie Gym and a fantastic indoor childrens playcentre.

You could take a walk along the Nightcliff walking/cycle path which takes you right around the foreshore via Nightcliff jetty. Near the Jetty is a lovely parkland with swings which is perfect for a picnic or to just watch a beautiful Darwin sunset. You may wish to continue along the bike path and stop off at the Beachfront Hotel for a lovely meal.

The apartment complex is situated across the road from the Nightcliff Marketrs which are held every Sunday, and right around the corner from the airconditioned Woolworths complex.

The apartment is centrally located to the CBD, Airport and Casuarina Shopping Square, which are all about a ten minute drive or you can catch the bus which takes you directly there. The bus stop is approx 100m from your doorstep.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We do realise that sometimes plans go astray, but as we are only a small business the following cancellation fees will apply:
30 days notice full refund, less $50.00 accounting fee
Less than 14 days and not less than 7 days notice given 50% of deposit will be retained
7 days or less 100% of the deposit will be retained

Please Note Deposit is 50% of the agreed rate on the full stay.
