Description
Sea Breeze is a self contained villa located in the dunes behind the beautiful Middleton Beach in Albany. The villa has 3 good sized bedrooms comfortably catering for couples, families or groups of up to 6 people.
We are happy to welcome young families and can provide a high chair and port-a-cot on request.
Seabreeze
Sea Breeze is a spacious villa boasting three bedrooms and comfortable living areas.
Bedroom one has a queen size bed with walk in robe and en-suite with shower. The second bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and draws. The third bedroom has two comfortable single beds.
The main living area provides an open living style arrangement complete with dining area, kitchen and sitting area including TV, CD/DVD/IPod, Radio and Foxtel for all your entertainment needs.
The recently renovated kitchen comes complete with oven, hotplate, microwave and fridge/freezer.
The dining area has a large table which can seat up to eight people.
To the rear is an outdoor area with BBQ and more tables and chairs. Enjoy cooking al-fresco to the sounds of Middleton Bay.
As well as the ensuite, there is also a second bathroom complete with, toilet, sink, shower and bath.
There is a laundry with washing machine and dryer connected to a private courtyard with clothes line to let those beach towels dry out quickly.
There is plenty of parking for both guests and visitors
What To Do
The beautiful Middleton Bay is less than 50 metres from your front door with fabulous views of King George Sound and Mt Clarence. Try your hand at surfing or fishing or just enjoy the squeeky white sand.
The Villa is located about halfway between Emu Point and Middleton Beach. As well as walking on the beach, there is also a Dual Use Path for walking or cycling.
Sea Breeze is located next to the Albany Golf Course and Clubhouse. Visitors are welcome there with very competative rates for a high class links golf course.
Albany is the main city in the Great Southern and as well as the tourist attractions such as Whaleworld, Dive Charters, Whale Watching Tours, there is also a large number of local wineries and produce to tantalise your taste buds
