This four-bedroom property has enough space for everyone to relax. It includes 2 bathrooms and a very flexible mix of beds to cater for any small group.

NOTE: Due to new council regulations maximum occupancy is STRICTLY 12 persons and fines may apply for over-crowding.

It includes a compact courtyard with outdoor setting and BBQ, as well as access to a larger communal lawn area.

Everything you need to relax

The property is fitted out with two TV/DVD combos, including a 42" LCD TV. We have also supplied a range of books, DVDs and board games to help you enjoy the holiday setting!

Needless to say, there is also plenty of crockery, cutlery, glassware, utensils and cooking equipment.

LINEN:
We always supply pillows, doonas, tea towels and bath mats.

Guests normally bring their own sheets (2 per bed), pillow cases and towels - although we can supply these items at additional charge (see below).

For premium bookings (SuperBikes, V8 SuperCars, MotoGP, Schoolies) the listed price includes all linen and beds made up.

Please note that we do not supply beach towels.
