The 2 zoned living areas in this gorgeous home have French windows leading onto the huge outside deck and garden with al fresco dining and lounging overlooking the tennis court.

The sitting room also has reverse cycle air conditioning.

The main living room is open plan and extra large and has a flat screen TV and DVD.

There is a lovely dining area for 6 -8 and a great kitchen equipped with everything you need, including hand made Mexican crockery.

The 2nd living area is made for relaxation with oversize sofas and chairs and french windows leading onto the lawn and en- tout-cas tennis court. There is air conditioning another flat screen TV and DVD player.

There are 2 queen bedrooms, one with an ensuite and one twin room with 2 singles, one of which has a trundle and a further fold up bed. In all sleeping 8 comfortably.

The tiled family bathroom has a bath and seperate shower and there is a laundry with washing machine and dryer.
