This unit has been newly refurbished with the latest fixutres and fittings. A very central position with BUS TRANSPORT at your door. The unit can sleep up to 7 people.
Just around the corner you have Harbourtown Shopping World or Southport's Australia Fair, and just up the road to the new Helensvale Shopping Town.
Great walks along the Broadwater. Close to shops, restaurants/ bars, YET VERY AFFORDABLE. There are two bedrooms newly fitted out with two way bathroom which has been FULLY RENOVATED. The kitchen is new with modern stainless steel appliances, including dishwasher and stone bench top.
The unit is across from the park and looks over the Broadwater. There are buses for transport to Surfers Paradise and all areas of the Gold Coast at your doorstep. Harbourtown shopping outlet is 5 minutes away by car.

Surfers Paradise 12 minutes away,
Seaworld and Main Beach is 10 minutes by car;
Coolangatta Airport 30 minutes
Brisbane Airport 45 minutes.
