Villa Siena is a modern 3 bedroom self contained villa located at the end of a quiet country lane.
With 3 King Sized bedrooms each with private ensuites you will have the privacy and provisions of a first class hotel. The cottage also has a fully equipped kitchen as well as a spacious lounge and dining area.
The double front doors lead onto a front verandah and private outdoor dining area. In total seclusion you can drink in the views of the private vineyards that surround this gorgeous retreat or simply lay out a picnic blanket on the lawn and have a picnic in privacy. There is plenty of space to have a game of cricket or let the kids or dogs run around in complete safety.
Villa Siena is PET FRIENDLY ACCOMMODATION. We allow up to 2 dogs to stay per visit for an additional cost of $25 per booking. Maximum sized dog allowed is 15kg.
MINIMUM STAY
Villa Siena does accept one night stays during the winter months (May-Sep). During the summer months (Oct-Apr) a two night minimum stay is required.

Villa Siena is located along Mistletoe Lane in the heart of the Hunter Valley winery region of Pokolbin.
Major Concerts at Hope Estate, Bimbadgen or Tempus Two Wineries are a mere few minutes drive away.
Situated less than 1 minutes drive to major wineries, Bluetongue Brewery (The Hunter's Own) and Binnorie Dairy producing local cheeses and gourmet produce.
Villa Siena RATES - WEEKENDS
$750 for 2 adults for 2 nights
$950 for 4 adults for 2 nights
$1150 for 6 adults for 2 nights
$1230 for 8 adults for 2 nights (using sofa bed)
All concert weekends have a minimum booking of $1150 for up to 6 guests.
Midweek rates are $360 per night for up to 8 guests. Minimum 2 night stay unless 1 week prior to arrival.
- Visit one of the many cellar doors and taste some of the Hunters finest wines & locally brewed beers, you may choose to self drive or join a tour by luxury car, coach or horse and carriage
- Taste the local produce, including cheese from the nearby Binnorie Dairy
- Explore the vineyards by bicycle, stopping along the way for a picnic lunch and a gelato!
- Go horse riding or take a hot air balloon ride
- Visit the spectacular Hunter Valley Gardens
- Enjoy fine dining at one of many awarded Hunter Valley Restaurants
- Do some shopping at the many galleries, gift shops and antique stores in the area
- Or simply sit back and relax in the cottage, taking in the views across the vines to the Brokenback Ranges

We are able to arrange a variety of food Packs or Platters to be made available for your arrival. If you plan to arrive in the evening or are planning to head out to a concet and would like provisions made available for your convenience, then this range will suit you perfectly.
