Your Melbourne House is located in one Melbourne's vibrant inner city suburbs only 5kms from the City centre.
YMH is an extremely large and comfortable family home which accommodates up to 6 guests and offers excellent value accommodation for families and budget conscious travellers wanting to be close to the CBD (just 10 minutes by car or 15 minutes on the train) and have all the comforts of a family home at a budget price.
There really is no need for a car, as Your Melbourne House is perfectly located only a short walk to Yarraville train station and the heart of charming Yarraville Village with a large selection of cafes, restaurants, specialty shops, the famous Sun Theatre Art Deco Cinema, delis, butcher and the supermarket.

RATES QUOTED ARE FOR 2 GUESTS ONLY WITH ACCESS TO ONE BEDROOM AND THE REST OF THE HOUSE.
PROPERTY SLEEPS 6 GUESTS BUT CAN COMFORTABLY ACCOMMODATE 7.
PLEASE ADD $25* PER PERSON PER NIGHT FOR 3RD, 4TH 5TH & 6TH GUEST
*$35 per night for each additional guest during peak periods and festive holidays

Our rates listed are for 2 guests to provide a full range of accommodation options and to ensure that you only pay for the number of guests that actually stay.
Unfortunately due to a lack of honesty when booking we have had to revert to charging children and adults at the same rate. Please also note we do not offer split bookings.
Port-cot and high chair are provided free of charge.
CLEANING & LINEN/TOWEL SUPPLY
A fee of $15 per person is charged for the supply of freshly laundered linen & towels during your stay and a small fee of $75 for a post vacating clean when you depart.

ABOUT YOUR MELBOURNE HOUSE
Whether you are a family on holidays, visiting family or friends in the inner West, a couple or a single person you will love the spaciousness of Your Melbourne House.
YMH has a large open plan livingroom, diningroom and kitchen. This open plan area is over 20 metres long and has feature windows down one side providing a light and bright living space that everyone will enjoy.
At the end of a long day exploring Melbourne or working, pick up a bite to eat from the Village, sink into the comfortable leather lounge to watch a video and relax.
A study nook with desk and chair is provided in one corner of the living area where you can comfortably set up your laptop. WiFi is not provided in our budget rates so please bring your own wireless USB.
The kitchen has lots of cupboard and bench space is great to cook in and equipped with everything you need.
YMH has 2 large bedrooms both much bigger than the standard bedroom size and each with a queen bed, built in robe and its own TV with remote. Each bedroom also has a big picture window that lets in lots of natural light.
A high quality innersprung sofa bed in the lounge room accommodates an additional two guests allowing the house to comfortably sleep 6 guests.
The large bathroom and has a full size bath and separate walk in shower. The toilet is located separate to the bathroom down the hallway. This is an advantage for big groups as it allows for access at all times.
The property has ducted heating and air-conditioning throughout including in the bedrooms and bathroom, and undercover off street parking for one car.
Ideal for families with a large children's adventure playground located in Yarraville Gardens at the end of the street.
GREAT LOCATION SO CLOSE TO MELBOURNE CBD
YMH is located in the heart of Yarraville, one of Melbourne oldest inner city suburbs on the fringe of Melbourne CBD just past Docklands.
Yarraville is a charming place with its mix of Victorian houses, cottages and modern homes and quaint Yarraville Village with its trendy restaurants, cafe's, bars, the famous Art Deco Sun Theatre and speciality shops at the epicentre of the suburb.
Yarraville Village has a unique atmosphere that is no longer found in inner city Melbourne and is a place that visitors travel to on the weekends to soak up.
Only 10 minutes by car to Melbourne CBD or a 5 minute walk to Yarraville train station and 5 stops to the centre of Melbourne.
As you come off the train and take the short walk through the Village on your way back to YMH, collect ingredients for your evening meal at the gourmet butcher, organic grocer, supermarket or choose takeaway from one of the many great restaurants in the Village.
YMH is a very convenient spot to base yourself and access all the city's cultural and tourist attractions.
An easy drive to Melbourne and Werribee Zoo, the Melbourne Aquarium, Flemington Racecourse, Telstra Dome, Docklands, MCG, Royal Botanical Gardens or for those wanting to explore local attractions is within walking distance of ScienceWorks and quaint Williamstown with its lovely Victorian buildings and safe local swimming beach.
Your Melbourne House is a 1 minute drive to the Westgate Freeway the gateway to the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne in one direction and Geelong and Victoria's the magnificent Great Ocean Road in the other.
Conditions of Stay
SECURITY BOND - $500 security bond is required and is promptly refunded following vacating
CHECK IN - 2pm onwards
CHECK OUT - Strictly 10am
BOOKING TERMS - 50% deposit on booking with the balance of your accomodation and the security bond to be paid 7 days prior to your arrival at Your Melbourne House. Access information will be forwarded once your full payment is received.
PAYMENT EFT transfer, bank cheque or cash. We do not offer credit card facilities.

House sleeps up to 6 guests. Rates listed are for 2 guests only using one bedroom. Additional guests (adult or child) non-peak periods $25 per person per night. Peak period $35 per person per night.
Discounts
WINTER WARMERS A HUGE $40 OFF PER NIGHT. Stay 7 nights in July or August and pay only $195 per night sleeping 4 guests normally $235 per night.
