Park the car until departure day and walk every where from this apartment.....just cross the road for a cooling dip or surf with the dolphins; kick-start your engine with a power walk on Bennett's white, sandy stretch; wander to the bayside Jimmy's Beach or hike to Yaccaba Headland for a bird's eye view of magnificent Port Stephens.

Or relax with a book in your private garden retreat and listen to the waves roll in.

You can even walk to the local shopping centre or Hawk's Nest Golf Club; or across the 'Singing Bridge' to the riverside eateries of twin-town Tea Gardens. There's a much to do as you like - or nothing at all depending how the mood takes you...

There's a great park across the road for a game of 'footy' and a fully-fitted playground with slides and climbing apparatus for the little ones - plus shaded pavilions ideal for a picnic or BBQ.

The Apartment

Beautifully maintained by local owners, this spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom garden beachfront apartment is comfortably furnished and sleeps 6. Bedroom 1 has a Queen Bed with private ensuite and separated by the dining/kitchen/hall way from the other bedrooms; bedroom 2 has a double bed and bedroom 3 has 2 x single beds.

The kitchen is fitted with every applicance you need including microwave and dishwasher.

The apartment is located right across from the most glorious surf beach in Hawks Nest.

A private laundry and washing and drying facilities are included.

There's also a swimming pool in the apartment complex, perfect for a quick dip; plus a BBQ for lazy holiday dining.

Hawks Nest's bakery, convenience store, newsagency, pharmacy and restaurants are a short, flat walk away on paved footpaths or a couple minutes bike ride. Sleeps 6

The Area

There's as much to do here or as little as you please....perfect location for a family beach holiday. The area is surrounded by water....ocean, river, bay and lakes so there's usually a cooling breeze in warm weather. You can swim all year with the water temperate from October to May.

School holidays periods can be busy but visit outside the holidays and you'll practically have the beach to yourself!

There is an 18-hole golf course within walking distance and plenty of cafes and restaurants to choose from.

And it's only 1.5hours up the freeway from Sydney on newly-opened dual roadway or freeway all the way to the Tea Gardens/Hawks Nest turn off.
