A traditional, original seaside rambling, holiday house of the 50's & 70's that over the years has had extra areas added to encompass a view that stretches from Queenscliff, Cape Shank to Barwon Heads to Torquay and if the world was flat a glimpse of Tassie possible.
Fantastic living areas and with 5 bedrooms to accommodate everyone with a comfortable bed. The property has 4 toilets and 3 bathrooms so queuing shouldn't be an issue (BUT don't try and all use the water at the same time as Barwon Water haven't improved the pressure over the years).
The views from the upstairs lounge room and bedroom are wonderful.
The downstairs lounge room also has a view.
The rear yard is a great place to have a BBQ and for all to relax, mingle and maybe a backyard cricket game to keep the troops happy.
Plenty of off street parking, the main shopping strip is an easy walk up the street, and the beach is about 200 metres away.
THIS WOULD BE AN IDEAL ACCOMMODATION FOR COMBINED FAMILIES TO SPEND TIME TOGETHER OR GROUPS TO HAVE A BASE TO STAY.

Our stay at 149 The Terrace was made enjoyable due to its roominess, its well appointed kitchen, its 3 bathrooms and 4 toilets , its off street parking and a backyard where the youngsters could play, not to mention its proximity to beach and shops and a splendid view of the ocean and coast line. A wonderful holiday house.

We enjoy staying at The Terrace Ocean Grove, it is on the main shopping strip and very close to town and the beach. It has good facilities, however, washing machine was not working. Over all like the place

I just want to say a big thank you to The Terrace holiday house owners. We had 3 generations in our family for a week over summer and it was perfect. Having two lounge rooms meant that when not at the beach, we could have tennis upstairs and cricket downstairs on the TVs! The house is even better than the photos. Its so big. Great dining room and kitchen and bbq area. I have never seen a holiday house before with so many beds and none are bunks! It was really comfortable, even in the heat. Easy walk to the beach and supermarket. We will be back. Katie and Geoff

This house was so fantastic! It was a fast walk to the beach and to shops, all the facilities were clean and easy to use (showers, kitchen), the beds and couches are really comfortable! Great community areas both indoors and outdoors by the bbq, really fantastic for large groups of people. Renting the house was easy and efficient, and the owners are really nice. We will be visiting again next year!

A fantastic house to chill out and relax with a large group of people. We had a wonderfull time, there were 11 of us, plenty of room for everyone. Having the second lounge room upstairs was a bonus if you wanted space. The bedding provided was lovely and from all who stayed the beds were very comfy. We loved the yard and the BBQ area and it is the first place we were able to seat comfortably around the dining room table. We loved this house so much that we will make it our annual get together house instead of different locations each year! The heating was great and the house was equipped very well, We cant wait to visit again!

And on a cold day, the heaters were on for our arrival!

We were a Sporting Team of 12 people and this place was sensational for us. Plenty of bathrooms, bedrooms and places to escape to despite being in the same house. We all watched a DVD in the main lounge one night and everyone was comfortable. The heaters did the job brillianlty for wet clothes, frozen team members and keeping us warm. We parked trailers and boats in the yard with ease. Having a dishwasher and plenty of bench space in the kitchen was a bonus we didn't overlook either. Would certainly go back if we visit Ocean Grove again for competitions.......

What a fantastic place to stay. The kids loved having Foxtel, it was great having the two TVs one upstairs and one down stairs both with Foxtel! The house is so large, but really comfortable. . I walked to the beach, then walked back past the shops for breakfast and a coffee. It made it a real holiday. The views are spectacular, its a great beach house. Even though there were 14 of us, there was plenty of space, and rooms. The back yard was safe for the dog and having a dog friendly beach nearby was such a bonus. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed for the big Sunday roast. The stove is great I want one that size! I am now planning to come back for a girls weekend soon. I highly recommend this house for a holiday. Thanks for a great weekend away.

What a fantastic house. There was plenty of room for our entire group. The views are stunning, and everything was better than expected. It was nice to be able to walk to the shopping centre and restaurants and the beach. Having separate living areas upstairs and downstairs was really good. We really enjoyed our stay and I now want to bring my family back for a special holiday. Thank you.
