This modern 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment is in an absolutely fantastic location with close proximity (0.5km) to the golden sands of Queenscliff Beach /Pool. It is also a very short walk (10 to 15 minutes) to the restaurants, shops, parks and beaches of Manly and Freshwater.

If you don't feel like walking buses run frequently between Queenscliff, Manly, Freshwater and the rest of the beautiful Northern Beaches

This well appointed, modern and fully equipped apartment is in a small block of 5 and has a swimming pool, small garden and spectacular views of Manly beach, Queenscliff lagoon and the surrounding district.

This large architect designed apartment generates an atmosphere of sophistication whilst retaining the feel of a modern beach house.

Queenscliff beach and the famous rockpool are less than a 5 minute walk away. If you're a surfer the amazing view lets you look out the window and decide whether to get up or not and go for a surf. Alternatively you can take your time studying the waves on the terrace whilst having breakfast before deciding where the best waves to go for a surf are?

It has a well equipped modern galley style kitchen with modern European appliances.

Both the living room and main bedroom have Foxtel cable TV both have 52" Plasma screen displays. Both also have DVD players. The living room can comfortably seat up to 6.

The main bedroom has a new king size bed including high end "pillow top" matress to ensure a restful sleep after a busy day at the beach or exploring all that Manly and Sydney offers. It is also has good sized storage space with built in wardrobes and a large ensuite bathroom. The
bedroom also features fabulous views of Queenscliff lagoon and
surrounding districts

The two single beds in the second room are also new "Pillow top" matresses. They can easily be converted into a king bed (on request). This room also has large walk-in wardrobe and plenty of storage space. As an added bonus you can watch the kids play in the backyard and swim without worry as there is a balcony overlooking the backyard and pool off the second bedroom

If required, the sofa in the living room can be converted in to a very
comfortable queen size bed (to be requested at booking). Up to 4 adults and 2 children can sleep comfortably.

However, if the comfortable beds aren't enough to put you to sleep then the soothing, comforting sounds of the waves and the ocean will surely put you into a deep sleep. That is all you will hear.

Off street parking is provided. However, a very large 4WD may have trouble fitting into the garage/car stacker (to be requested at booking).

As an added bonus there is also a small office with desk with wireless broadband access available for a small charge.

There is also a second bathroom with full sized bath and laundry facilities.
