The accommodation selection at 'Alaya Verde' consists of two luxury private pavilion ensuite rooms, plus a third pavilion room with its own bathroom, each with a clean contemporary style, and private open patios overlooking the properties extensive 45 acre grounds.
(We can also let the whole property consisting of 3 luxury rooms. This is for Christmas, New Year , Easter or honeymoon/weddings etc. please contact us for rates for the whole retreat rental - usually $4500/week, 3 night minimum for shorter stays at $900/night)
This property is very exclusive - only three couples are taken at any given time, therefore a maximum of 6 adults.
Hearty full breakfast served each morning (organic where possible) with fresh juices, breads, jams, free range eggs and local fruits.
All pavilion rooms can be rented together for three couples, therefore having exclusive use of the 'Alaya Verde' pavilions, for such things as a family gathering or friends weekend getaway.
We are flexible to your specific needs and are happy to hear what you may have in mind for a special occasion.
Many mornings can be spent laying in bed whilst watching kangaroos directly off your patio. Nestled amongst secluded native subtropic forest gardens.
* An organically sourced rich range of extravagant breakfasts are supplied. Please let us know what you love for breakfast and we will endeavor to source it for you. e.g. Home made sourdough bread, jams, eggs, hams and fruits.
* Use of 19 meter lap pool located between each of the front pavilion rooms.
* Slow burning romantic wood fire in lounge/living area whenever it is cool.
* Great for couples wanting a weekend away from their children.
* Separate lounge area to all rooms with soft, comfortable King suite and large flat screen TV in main living area.
* DVD, CD, IPOD connection and on wall flat screen TV systems, in both front pavilion bedrooms.
* Fine bed and luxurious bath linen included.

* Eco conscious and all with passive solar design.
* Natural cooling from lake breezes and tree canopies.
* The evening meal can be arranged with your hosts, Gina & Duncan prior to your stay, or a drop off and pick up can be arranged to a special restaurant in Noosa or along the river.

THE BLUE ROOM -
Beautiful private king room with floor to ceiling fold back glass door/walls that completely open the room up to the environment if desired. Flat wall mounted TV/DVD/CD. Shower in bathroom that opens to an outdoor area.
THE GOLD ROOM -
Another separate pavilion big open modern room, two roof to floor fold back glass door/walls to completely open the room up to the day if desired. This room has an ensuite bathroom with a floor to ceiling fold back glass wall that opens the shower area onto an outdoor bathroom. Once in your private outdoor bath area you have spa bath to utilise in private. Flat wall mounted TV/DVD/CD.
THE GREEN ROOM
A third separate pavilion building houses a queen bedroom and separate private bathroom. Again with open shower to private bathroom courtyard. The bathroom contains a shower and bath. This room is connected to a lush tropical pond garden setting.
